We’ve had this tent over 1.5yrs now, & we’ve very much put it through many nights of camping in all seasons. Will soon be doing snow camping so will this update review after.
We love the versatility of this Naturehike tent being able to lift up the sides in numerous configurations to create a sheltered living space. From fully open (using the 4 included poles) during warmer seasons for ventilation & sun protection right down to closing it up & using a wood stove for hot tenting.
NB: Only the larger size (6-8person) tent has the chimney opening.
The inner mesh tent with flooring takes up 60% of the tent & this is removable, so you can just use the outer main tent for winter hot tenting.
I’ve purchased additional Naturehike groundsheet for this tent from AliExpress, or aftermarket circle groundsheet to cover whole floor.
We replaced the tent pegs with much stronger 30-40cm steel ones & it can withstand strong winds by the coast. The tent fabric also has a silver lining which helps to keep temps down during summer inside the tent. It’s built really well, no issues so far with waterproof fabric & seams. All stitching has held up really well. Very easy to setup & packdown as well considering it’s size.
Absolutely one of our favourite tents & we have 2x large Naturehike tents. This is main tent we use in most of our camping trips.
Love the Neutral colours Naturehike uses in a lot of their equipment, it goes really well with our camping style aesthetic. Pics above for reference.

So this was my first ever hot tent. Honestly, if you are having a wife nag at you for all the standup room because of her back, the necessity of an inter liner with mesh because of the mosquitos and flies bugging her, and needing a heater to stay warm, this tent is the best buy you could purchase for this price with everything included. All the other Tipi hot tents you have to purchase the door poles and inner liner separately. So, with that being said, they are way more expensive.
PROS: 10-15 Minute setup for 1 person. 3 door option for more ventilation or fan up front with poles option for max ventilation. Also the middle front middle door option has wind barrier side walls. The inner liner has three entry door options, wraps around the center pole and has ties with hoop and bar clasping, the floor of the inner liner is very durable and the floor material meets the mosquito mesh at about 4-6 inches, it does include a couple dry hanging Storage bags
and has great floor room. The inner liner is made with an amazing quality material, as well as it features a 35° open ground area inside the tent that it doesn’t cover so your hot stove is on the naked ground. The open area is enough for chairs, firewood and your hot stove, plus a small table and small cooler comfortably. The inner liner is attached to the outer rain fly/ Tipi Tent by clips and they are tied together in a systematic way that tightening them reduces draft but loosening them( while the snow skirt is in its upright stow-away position) will allow a nice breeze to assist with ventilating it on hot days. It honestly held up really nicely in below freezing temperatures and it held up to our North Texas winds off Benbrook Lake with no problem. Spent 3 nights and 3 days in it. Amazingly surprised and pleased and so was the usually miserable wife when she is dragged along. So that in itself is a reason to justify this expenditure to your spouse!
CONS: The instruction manual inside the bag is very sparse and the visibility tape included has pre-measured rings on it but no instructions on how they are to be positioned.Already Precut Stove Jack is cut a little two big (8″ outside diameter- #3 8-1/4 in. x 4 in. PVC Pipe Boot from the better of the two home improvement stores, if you catch my drift, and is a perfect fit as well as sealing against any heat loss). The Zipper Pull Tabs are fabric and do slip off sometimes. My wife made sure to tell y’all she thinks the rear door is angled in to much and makes it hard to fully unzip the outer door fully when opening. She’s 5’9″. The window barrier side walls to the front door do clip together but they sag a lot. So sitting around the stove makes it cramped (so invest in some adherant Velcro to make it tighter. Storage Bag side handle tore as soon as I picked it up out of the shipping box but I think it was a stitching issue because the other side didn’t even make a popping sound when handling it by itself.
Don’t let the Cons dissuade you from buying this steal of a tent because honestly it’s well worth it. That’s why I gave it 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone!
