Ninja Non Stick Ceramic Cookware Set CK89010BF

This is a nice starter set of pots and pans that have a ceramic non-stick coating and a resin handle. The non-stick on these pots works great, I fried an egg on it with some cheese and flipped the cheese onto the pan and let it get crispy. When it was all crisped up, all of it just slid right off the pan without hardly using the spatula at all.

The ceramic non-stick is suppose to be better as it is non-toxic and lasts longer. It’s only on the inside, so if you spill something down the outside of the pot and cook it onto the pot, you do need to scrub it to get it off, but the inside is super easy to clean with just a sponge. The rivets on the pots and the metal on the lids don’t appear to be ceramic coated so I expect food will stick more to those areas.

I’m a bit confused on the temperature rating for this set. The product description on this site currently says they are oven safe to only 350, but that wouldn’t be high enough to make them broiler safe. The box says they are safe to 550, I tend to believe the box is correct, and the product description currently is wrong, but with the resin handles I’m not sure.

For the price point I think this is a great starter set that has a really good non-stick ceramic coating that I would recommend. I say starter set because they will work well for most people, but if you are a serious chef, you’re likely going to be looking for a set with stainless handles that have a higher heat rating. Still, this is a great option at this price point.

I got this to replace all of our old gotham steel pans that had failed us over the years. This set is absolutely fantastic. It requires no oil or spray to cook, but you can if you want. Your foot doesn’t stick at all and cleanup is a breeze. They claim they are dishwasher safe, but we haven’t tried the dishwasher for them. It claims it’s oven safe, but it’s weird. The manual and one picture on the box says up to 550f, but another image on the box says up to 350f. So we are not going to deal with that. We thought the handles were made of plastic, but it claims they are made of resin so I guess that’s why it’s oven safe. I’ll also note, using these ceramic pots to boil water vs our old pans, our water boils in half the time. For the price, I personally think it’s an excellent deal and we are really happy with them.
