I love this stuff! First of all, I’ve purchased several Now Foods products in the past, and I have never been disappointed. I’ve purchased some of their other supplements and essential oils, and they are all high quality. I trust Now Foods products without a doubt. So although I was a little unsure of using this new product I had never heard of, I knew if I wanted to give it a shot, this would be a safe brand to try.
I purchased this both because I am trying to lose weight but also because I am seeking regularity. I have IBS and it can be a daily struggle. It can really be a hinderance on my life and prevent me from doing things because I am so uncomfortable or just need to be close to a restroom. More often than not, I am on the side of constipation and lots of gas.
Before I started taking this, I had terrible gas from lunchtime until I went to bed. I had stomach aches, bloating, all the symptoms. The first day I used this, I started out taking just 1 pill to ease into it, and I immediately noticed a difference that day. I had very little gas and discomfort. The second day, I upped it to 2 pills, and the third day, I upped it to 3. The instructions recommend taking 1-3 pills 1-2 times a day, 30-45 minutes before a meal with 8-10 ounces of water. I usually take it about 30 minutes before my meal with a glass of water, and I also sip on hot tea (as recommended by another reviewer). I take 2 pills in the morning before breakfast and 1 pill before dinner. This has been working wonders for me. I have no more discomfort, no more gas, regular bowel movements, and this all happened immediately upon taking the pill.
I can’t say whether or not it has helped me lose weight because it was also combined with exercise, diet, and Green Tea Extract pills (also from Now Foods). But I can tell you, this is an excellent solution for those seeking regularity. I’ve tried a lot of different things to deal with my IBS (gluten free, dairy free, green smoothie cleanse, daily gentle cleanse, melatonin, probiotics, fiber, metamucil, etc etc etc). Some things work temporarily, some things don’t work at all, but this has been a great and lasting solution.

This was amazing and scary for me. First day I took one with a .8oz bottle of water. It was ok but it took an hour for me to feel full. The next day I took two pills in the morning at 9:30am drink coffee and worked my 8 hour shift. I didn’t feel hungry so I didn’t eat lunch. It was 4:17pm when everything was going wrong I broke out in a full sweat and started feeling dizzy. My sugar dropped and the first thing I thought was I haven’t eaten all day. I don’t eat after 8pm. This needs to be used with caution. I never felt any hunger pains not even felt hungry. I was sweating so bad I sat down and then I felt hungry. I quickly brought a candy bar and ate half. I’m not diabetic nor am I hypoglycemia. This scared me so I continued to use it but I scheduled my meals. My third day was amazing I took two pills ate oatmeal and coffee,lunch tuna salad with lemonade and dinner I took one pill then ate 1 cup of chicken broccoli and rice with lemonade. Each time I couldn’t finish my food. I didn’t snack at all. Once I start working out while taking these pills I will make sure I’m eating enough as well. Again I was nervous about the reviews but this brand ain’t to be played with please use with caution. If you want to loose weight and stop over eating this is the best option on Amazon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GREAT overall appetite helper. I’ve been using this exact product that I bought through AMAZON several times. How best does it work for me? I take 2 – 3 caps with at least 8 ounces of fluid (water is best, take up to 3 per day). I found it works GREAT with a HOT cup of broth or tea after I take it. I take it so I don’t overeat at mealtimes. Helps me feel a bit like I’ve already ate just before, so it doesn’t take a lot to help me feel fuller faster. I’ve lost 48 pounds so far, and this has helped me with my overeating habits if I get too hungry before I eat. You have to get used to taking them PRIOR to eating a meal (like 30 min to an hour before) to help you not overeat.
TIPS that I find useful for ME to get the most out of this are below:
* Take 1 – 3 caps, 30 min to 1 hour PRIOR to eating a meal (ONCE DAILY). Take with water or whatever.
* After you’ve swallowed the caps with at least 8 oz of water, sip on a cup of hot broth, hot herbal tea while your getting ready, cooking a meal, or reading a book or watching TV until dinner is done.
* DO NOT OVEREAT, at this point if you’ve done as I do, you should feel like you have something already in your stomach, eat sensibly and healthy
* Yes, this will cause a more softer bowel movement with regular use, but it also helps my irregular constipation I have as well. It will NOT cause “embarrassing accidents”, and my tummy got used to it quickly. I do have a tad of extra gas from time to time with these, but that is normal and not so bad I stop taking them.
