These are great and I do notice a difference when I don’t take them. They give me a calm centered uplifted outlook. You’re supposed to take two, but I just take one as needed. I have taken two before, but it’s just a stronger calm outlook, but maybe too relaxed, which is why I only take one. I’m not looking to sleep. I have work to do. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend taking this at the start of the day if you’re looking for upbeat energy. I tend to take one capsule the second half of the day after lunch. By the time it kicks in it’s about two hours later and pushing towards the evening.
What adds to the relaxing feeling is the Valerian root and L-Theanine. They should take the Valerian root out. That’s supposed to be for sleep. Not all of us want to spend the day sleepy. We want to be productive and have enough energy to get things done. This is one of the reasons why I knocked one star off. The minerals and vitamins in this are all good for you, so that’s a plus. It’s just odd that they would mix Vitamin B12 for energy with Valerian Root to make you sleep. Not sure why they decided to mix the two.
There is a side effect I’ve noticed for me and that is that it seems to reduce sex drive. This is no doubt coming from the 5 HTP that’s in this as I’ve taken 5 HTP before and had to stop as it messed with my sex drive. When I stopped taking the 5 HTP, my sex drive came back at full force. For now, I’ll only take Mood Support when I truly need it, such as a stressful event is or has taken place. I take this for a couple days and I breeze right through it. This stuff seems to work within an hour or two, whereas prescribed anti-depressants can take up to two weeks to start taking full effect.

It works really good, but it made me tired/sleepy. It also has the herb named (Valerian root) & people use that to fall asleep also. (Maca Root) & (Gaba) I take in the morning & at night I take this (Mood Support). I love Maca Root & Gaba because it makes you happy & calm & zen, but alert & energized & ready for anything without any drowsiness.

I tried this as part of a whole bunch of different supplements, without going into too much detail I’ve tried many, many over the years to try to combat pretty major anxiety, likely OCD, and social anxiety. I noticed it working a little within a few days, took one a day along with some other supplements. After about three weeks it really seemed to be working and I started taking one in the morning and one at night. I feel less anxiety and OCD than I have in many years. The general anxiety is about 75% better and OCD symptoms about 70% improved, social anxiety only about 40% better but I’m pretty pleased with the results. I stopped taking the other supplements I was taking for anxiety, and only take this with 1 NAC per day, for anxiety. Mood is improved as well, even during PMS.
If you are still reading, my advice is to try it and stick with it for at least a couple of weeks to let it take effect. Ask a doctor if you are taking things that may interact, especially an SSRI is not to be taken with it.
Also, for people with anxiety and OCD, try to push past the discomfort, realize you are going to feel uncomfortable sometimes, and live, gradually it gets easier to do things if you stop holding back so much.
As a Christian, I personally believe faith can help people overcome things we struggle with, this may be helpful to someone else reading this.
