Although the blue color is more matte finished and is not bright as pictured on Amazon, it turned out to be a great match for my dishes. I like the heft of these too, as they are not too heavy….although the small frying pan could use a little bit more weight to keep it balanced on the stovetop. I haven’t tried it on my induction plate yet but I imagine the magnetic bottom will eliminate that particular issue. I made a very nice omelette in the larger square pan that came out perfectly golden brown. The pan was so much easier to clean than any of the previous steel or nonstick pots and pans I have owned….including some big name brands. Good deal for the price too. Hope they last several years past the warranty. That being said…. Be aware that if you intend to use these to cook/bake anything at higher than normal temperatures …(The description of the temperature maximum stated here by the s”SELLER as “500 degrees Fahrenheit and oven safe”), DOES NOT MATCH the temperature maximum as stated on the shipped manufacturer box. Hence it would probably be a good idea to stay well under the manufacturer recommendation of no higher than 392 degrees Fahrenheit. (Hope this was not intentional on the part of the Seller because having the option to cook at higher temperatures with induction cooking was a major reason I chose to purchase this set. Very disappointing.

This set has been excellent! I love how securely everything was packed when it arrived. The color looks even better in person than online. I’ve cooked all weekend and cleanup has been a breeze thanks to the nonstick surface. I’m pleased with this set and will be purchasing NutriChef products again in the future.

The pots are very good quality for the price. These are only the second set of pots that I’ve owned and the previous was from a very well known and popular brand. I find that these are better quality than those. I didn’t have any utensils when these arrived and used one of those fancy silver plastic spoons and I did scrape the bottom of one pot which I am surprised but the owners manual did list it’s approved type of utensils and that was not one of them :/
Other wise the pots are no overly heavy or very light. The color is pretty. I also use a low flame and the food heats pretty quickly and cooks evenly. I just wish I was able to complete the set by buying the non-stick baking items in the same color. (I’m pretty much starting from scratch here). The clean VERY easily too.
