This space heater works amazing. I use it all the time in my office to keep my hands warm so I can type away and keep my employer happy. Pushes out a nice strong flow of 90 degree air and has some nice safety feature such as if it tilts, it automatically shuts off. How cool! Even has a remote for the settings. It oscillates back and forth and warms an insulated basic sized room in 20 minutes. The LED light color schemes are really cool and give a futuristic vibe. Best space heater I’ve had.

It does work well, but the fan motor is loud on high speed and the oscillating motor is noisy.

First, the remote isn’t Dead on Arrival as another commented, you must pull the clear plastic out so the battery makes connection. Now that I got that off my chest.
This heater is _almost_ perfect, so close to perfect. Let’s go through it.
It pumps out heat on three different settings. I can adjust the temperature as well, though I don’t know how low it goes, it goes up to 90. Which really should be enough. I turn it on in the morning in the Den, crawl back in bed while the coffee brews, and get back up 10 minutes later to a fresh pot and toasty room.
The LED’s are going to be a love / hate for people. I’m a sucker for well done LEDS, and I find these to be well-done. Select from different colors (although only orange and red seem appropriate to me), and a rainbow transition setting.
It turns. Some are going to like those, I don’t really use the feature, but it’s there.
There’s a cutoff switch on the bottom if you’re scared of burning down the house after knocking it over. Personally, hate this switch, taping it to always on position, and for more than one reason.
Let me get to the almost perfect part. You can adjust color, temp, rotation, and level. You turn it off using the top button, and it maintains all your settings. But you so much as look at it sideways (bump it triggering the cutoff switch) and the entire thing resets, sometimes. Sometimes? Yeah sometimes. If you fully trigger the switch, it’ll kill the heat and eraser your settings. But if you just sorta nudge it and give it a wobble that briefly opens the switch, it just does weird stuff. Like changing color. Turning on rotation. Changing temp. Like WTF things. Bumping it while on is like rolling a dice to see what will happen. Regardless of what happens though, your settings are lost. Hope you didn’t lower the temp too much.
Lower it too much you wonder? Yeah. With the remote you can hold down the + and – buttons and it will continue adjusting the temperature. But using the buttons on top, it only recognizes the first push. You can’t hold it down. Want to go 90 to 75, press it 15 times and make sure you don’t bump it and have to start all over. Or use the remote. Which is sitting in a drawer with 15 other device remotes I have for fans and heaters and air cleaners and everything else that includes a remote now.
How to earn that final star?
Fix the randomness / reset of the safety switch, maintain the settings if you trigger it.
Allow top buttons to be held down for continuous changes.
Lower the darn volume on the beep too. Thing can wake the dead.

The ONTEL copper core oscillating tower space heater is a great small space heater. It is a compact vertical design so it can be placed almost anywhere without taking up too much space. It has three heat settings (low, medium, high). If you want to directly feel the heat youโll want to place the heater somewhat close to you, perhaps about 2-5 feet away. You can turn the oscillating feature on or off. All the controls are built right into the top of the unit for easy access.
LED LIGHTINGโฆ
The LED lighting feature adds a really cool effect to the heater. You can choose from a variety of different color combinations. I tend to like the original warm โflameโ colors, which have a visually warming effect and set a bit of a warm tone to the room.
REMOTE CONTROLโฆ
The heater includes a nice compact little remote control. The remote control can control any of the functions that the built in controls do. It has a storage spot for the remote built right into the back of the tower unit. Nice touch.
SAFTEY FEATURESโฆ
The safety features include built in timer to shut the heater off at the indicated time. The unit will immediately shut off if it starts to tip over.
This unit nicely adds a bit of extra heat and warmth to a small space, that is especially welcome on those extra cold winter days.

A little over expensive but works great in my living room.

It’s a great product if you live in one of those apartment buildings with a centralized heating system. This little heater is super useful when the heating is shut off but the weather can still be chilly from time to time. I just turned it on on this raining day and my legs are super cold when I’m sitting in front of my computer. The heater turns on very fast, like a blow drier for hair, the heat is steady, adjustable with temperature and spinning. It’s also very light – you can easily from one room to another. The drawbacks are: you have to stay fairly close to the heater, the radius of the heating is not too long. The noise is fairly high, considering how small it is. But overall I’d say I’m pretty happy with this little heater. It’s a life saver in early spring.
