So after I read several reviews about the quality of the upholstery work and the color being off I was hesitant but I took a chance and ordered this. First impression is good, the color was correct and the plastic parts all looked to be of decent quality. Everything fit together as it should so installation was easy, I read several people talking about having to take the console out but this was not the case for me. Overall I would say for the price they are asking this was a deal worth making and I am happy with the purchase. Time will tell how well it holds up but it was a $30 part, of I get 5 years I’ll be happy.

This is still day 1, but I’m very happy with this. The install was very easy, and it looks so much better! No more cracked plastic pinching my arm! Great color match! The only thing I would recommend is to use the original springs, and not the new ones that come in the kit. The original springs have much more tension and open up the lid easier and hold it up much better. These new springs do not have very much tension at all and don’t hold up the lid well. I’m still giving it five stars because for the price and the ease of install it’s totally worth it to transform the look of a 20-year-old vehicle to look new especially since some of these new interior pieces are harder to get on old cars… Just definitely use the old springs.

Easy to install and works as should . Would have given it 5 stars but some stitching seems not right. It’s in the corners so maybe it needs a lil using. Other than that locked right in

Fits perfect in my 2002 chevy silverado. For 30 bucks it’s a good deal. I don’t think it’s a super durable plastic. I’m sure that’s why the original one broke. I’m hoping that it will last as long as the original. It looks very nice. Looks like it fits and works as it should. Installing was not bad and I did it by myself. It would be easier with two people. I did not have to re move the middle console. Just move the passenger and driver seat all the way to the back so that you have enough clearance. The springs do seem lil weak. I lost the original ones so I’m forced to use the replacement springs. The console will stay open if you open it and hold it at the top so the springs can stay in that position otherwise it will close on you if you don’t open it all the way. It’s a good product for the price. I do recommend this to anyone who needs a replacement. Save the original springs. They might be stronger than the replacement springs. I will update if any issues come up. Also the color is perfect. I got the dark gray. Matches perfectly to my interior.
