Very easy setup. Charging was easy, just used the battery from my other phone. Sound quality is good, like the small size so much better than my last one. Buttons are good size, love the call block. Answering performance is great. Over all I am pleased with my purchase.

This is a very nice phone. I bought one for my dad to replace a much older model and he loves having the talking collar ID and much nicer sounding ringtones. It’s easy for him to use and works quite well. I wish it had a headphone Jack Because I would love to replace all of my phones with this model, but that is still a necessity for me. If I’m choosing a phone for someone else it’s the first I recommend.

I always loved Panasonic products. Specially their landline phones they work a lot better than other brands. I tried this one has good sound quality people can hear me easier and I can hear them easier. It’s a little bit muffled, but still enough to hear what they’re saying.

We love our new Panasonic landline telephone system. The answering machine with the 2 other phones works great in our house. What I like the best is the handsets do NOT run down near as quickly as our old ones did. I don’t think we have yet had them tell us they were getting low and need to be returned to the charger. If you need a new set, go for this one. You won’t be sorry!
They are very easy to program and set up. The numbers are large and easy to read without any glasses. Great set overall.

Good voice and audio quality, caller ID support, answering machine, built-in voicemail, all you need from a phone. The buttons feel nice too and each handset feels rather ergonomic, at least to me. The wireless range is pretty good too, don’t have to be right next to the base for it to work, you can take it elsewhere. I just wish the volume could go higher if they’re being used in a noisy environment.

The voice quality, the connectivity, and the clarity is on par with other Panasonic products. That being said, however, the battery life is extremely short. Even when not making calls, the battery life is 2 days on a full charge. If the unit is used, then the battery life is only 1 day!

After many unsuccessful attempts to find a set of house phones that would work for my grandmother, we finally landed on this one and it’s been a hit. She needed something that was lightweight, had big enough buttons, and a screen that’s backlit enough for her to read clearly. She’s 84 and technologically challenged, and has had no complaints about these. They’re very high quality, easy to set up, and comfortable for her to hold for long periods of time. There are two bases for charging so she’s never without a phone. She hasn’t explored the in-depth features of the phone, but it can be set up even further to implement call blocking and more. I’m so thankful I stumbled across these because they’re a great value for the price!
