I got this bow just for fun. I had to have a bow expert help put it all together because the directions are not good. However, this set came with everything you need to get up and going with archery. It can with some wicked looking hunting tips that I won’t ever use because I don’t hunt. The gal at the sporting goods shop said it was all in good working order, so I guess it’s a decent bow to get you started. I have mine adjusted to a 30 pound draw.

This compound bow from Pandarus was easy to put together, and had clear instructions. The bow itself is made very well, with precision machining all around. The arrows that are included are also very nice, and were much nicer than I expected. I’ll be ordering Pandarus arrows in the near future. The bow is NOT A TOY. Even at only 1/2 draw, it easily punched through my wooden fence, leaving a clean hole. I didn’t expect the arrow to survive the impact and withdrawing from the fence, but the arrow came out just about as good as new. I didn’t have to modify the overall bow tension, because for my purposes, which is just plinking with a bow and arrow, I don’t need it to be maxed out on pull. If you want a bow to get familiar, practice, and eventually use for small game, this one from Pandarus will serve you well. While there are cheaper bows available on Amazon, they won’t be as nice.

This is a fantastic starter bowl. If you’re looking to dabble in archery this is a great way to get started. I bought this originally to see if my younger brother wanted to get into Archery. What I wasn’t expecting is how much I love this bowl.

This Pandarus P1 compound bow is a value approach to modern archery. I received everything shown in the listing pictures which includes the bow itself, arrows, arrowheads, a release, wrist pad, rubber damper, hex tools, targets, etc.
You’ll basically be able to jump right into archery lessons with this purchase. In the first session you’d likely adjust and sight in, but otherwise there won’t be much ongoing maintenance. It nocks arrows easily and releases crisp. Assembly took a good half hour for this unit only because of the bow-mounted quiver being a little bit confusing.

The seller needs to redo their inadequate assembly directions. There are parts that go with the bow that are completely unmentioned. COULD BE DANGEROUS.

Comes with a barely-mentioned release trigger: no directions. The seller suggests a set-up via a pro-shop: problem: that would be six hours drive time for me to drop off the bow and return for pick-up. Is the seller willingly trying to create unnecessary expense for their customers by failing to provide adequate directions? This SEEMS to make sense. This would be an underhanded way of doing business. SELLER: PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE AND SAFE DIRECTIONS

This bow is a great deal for what you get. It came with everything pictured and was fairly easy to assemble with one exception. There was one hole that was slightly off center but I was able to get it put together with a little effort. It would be nice if the directions were better. This would help out a beginner that has never assembled a bow before. The bow is very light and easy to handle. It can be adjusted for reach and pull weight. You get 12 arrows, a quiver, whisker rest, wrist release, peep site, 6 broad head tips and a thin carrying case. Allen keys are included for assembly. The frame of the bow is made of lightweight aluminum and finished well.
The only negative so far is that the peep site rubber hose attachment comes loose every time I draw back. I’m not sure if a cord should be tied around it to keep this from happening. I’m going to see if I can tie some cord to keep it secure.
