I am used to using laboratory note books. Which are smaller and have a flimsy cover. These books were a pleasant surprise. Fist off, they are bigger than lab books and they suit my purposes now, better than the smaller ones. The cover is truly “hard cover”! Not like the others that claim hard cover but they are only flimsy card stock paper. These are like hard cover printed books. The pages are thick and very durable. You can erase pencil markings with no problem but for legal use you must use pen anyway. Also if you are using pen or marker, most will not bleed through the pages. As a small bonus for me, they have a built in fabric book mark. A small thing, but really useful. Finally the price you pay for two books is a very good deal for the quality you get. I’m impressed and unfortunately, once the selling reads these reviews, they will likely raise the price, once they realize how popular they are. So I plan to order more to get this good deal and to have all my notes in all the same type of books. Looks very professional. I used my Cricut Joy stencil maker to label the front in gold vinyl. I also bought removable book tabs to section off topics.

Prime day sale- I intended to get a single package of 2 notebooks/journals (whatever you want to call them) and they happened to be on sale so I got a really good deal. When they arrived I thought, “oh my goodness, these are SO much sturdier than I thought!” While I wasn’t wrong about that, the surprising heft of the box was due to the fact that I’d apparently ordered 2 of them because the app was struggling a little bit because the system was a little overloaded, or whatever is it that will make it act a little funky on prime day. Did that thing where you place an order and it doesn’t look like it goes through at all and you wait and still nothing changes so you think it definitely didn’t go through and turns out it did. My own technological difficulties aside, I got these because I wanted a notebook with decent lines paper that was perforated and would tear out cleanly for writing notes to the teacher on before school started after having learned last year (the hard way, of course) that I really SHOULD have something that doesn’t look like it was involved in an unlicensed cage fight with a grizzly bear by the time you tear it out of something and then have to rewrite it because of how many words went missing on that side of the page and wasn’t from a nearly 20 year old 5 star notebook from back when I was in college that still had some blank pages in the back that weren’t even really white anymore. I got this with the express intent of tearing pages out of something I could write on while standing up and not having to have it on a hard surface because it was floppy. This was everything I wanted and more. Mostly more because I accidentally ordered 2x more than I meant to. If I’d paid full price I think I’d be pretty upset, fortunately I didn’t and the notebook was nice enough I was okay with the idea of having some that maybe I didn’t have to tear apart.

I go through journals quick. Usually buy Moleskin or Lueuchtterm. Got expensive. Tried these. Not too bad. Great cover quality and binding. More pages. Lined. Holds up well. Only con is paper is kinda thin. Unless you use a felt tip marker pen, writing imprints through. I use felt tip journal pens. Affordable. Nice if you aren’t that picky and like only black. Wish they had different colors.

To sum up what I said in the video, I really like these notebooks. great quality all the way around. the pages are thin but it’s not like paper napkin thin. great spacing of the lines. the packaging was great, only came in one box and still arrived in great condition. using mine for personal & my business so the 2 pack was ideal. worth the money so i would definitely purchase again & highly recommend.
also, it arrived on time & the delivery person followed my delivery instructions. no issues that i could fine with the product or delivery of this order. hope this review helps, happy new year !

Not sure how durable the spine will be but hte signatures are sewn in and appear strong

Arrived quickly. The price is very good for a sturdy notebook, much lees 2! The covers are sturdy and smooth and most prob wouldnt care but they take acrylic paint very well. (I customised mine) The pages are smooth and a pleasure to write on with a gel pen and there are enough of them in one notebook/journal to most likely get me through the year. I would buy again!
