Maybe not an issue with the product, maybe it is.
But it *wreaks* and you need to take precautions to ensure it doesn’t numb your partner as well.
For me the best I could deduce was: apply, foreplay — that of which generally goes for 20-40 minutes which is enough time for it to start working, wash face and close the door when you do, that way you can thoroughly wash *yourself* off when you do without worry, then go back ready.
But there’s a mental aspect that always threw me off. I felt I was able to perform better without it. But I am also in my 20s, so there’s that. I’d say give it a shot and determine your own opinion on it, but it’s not worth making your partner have a less enjoyable experience, so definitely take the time to wash it off before you do the do.

I just got using it with my wife and I think I may put to much, it’s like when you go to the dentist and they get some of that novocaine on your tongue and it goes numb, yeah that’s how it went today. But this stuff is not for chumps. If it’s applied correctly and a little more then usual you can go at full speed for atleast a good solid 20 mins, she will be inlove. You may be numb but you will be a bedroom monster. I don’t give out many reviews, but this stuff absolutely works and and it works very well. Now I ain’t no premature guy, I’ll easily go 10 mins high speed about 20 on slow. This stuff on slow would easily last 45-60 mins or longer. Any men having an issue with premature ejaculation, I highly recommend this stuff right before intercourse. 10 minutes usually works well 15 is much better. I don’t wash it off I let it soak in and then get to it. I wish I would have known about this stuff when I was younger and dealing with PE. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

Based on the headline I’m sure you think Promescent is the hero here. It’s not. I am LOL. This is the last review on this you gotta read fellas. Been using this stuff since 2016 so yes, veteran. Wasn’t necessarily dealing with PE, I was average (20-30 min) but was back to dating and had been without for a while and didn’t want that drought to have me performing like a red shirt freshmen (fellas you know what I’m talking bout lol). So with that backdrop out the way I went on a search to find some assistance if you will to get me through that initial barrier. I fell in love with the stuff! For reference, I’ve purchased this from the maker directly on their site, from Amazon and from Target and every single one performed as the first. I’ve read a lot of comments claiming that the stuff from Amazon is somehow different, it’s not. It’s the same stuff. I’ve also read a bunch of reviews complaining about it being “empty”. It’s not empty, it’s a precise amount which you’re told exactly how much liquid (in ml) is there and how many sprays total are in it directly on the wrapper (10,20,40,60). I’ve used the trial size (bought that my first purchase out of fear it wouldn’t work), and the mid sized one’s that Target usually carries, as well as the largest size via Amazon and promescent’s website. I’ve used all of them and again, they are the same.
When it comes to how to use the stuff, even the maker has that part wrong, which is why I’m the hero lol. The directions tell you to spray it and wait, do your do and then clean it off. That’s wrong, and stupid. Which is why so many of you are saying it’s being transmitted to your girlfriend’s or wives and is messing up their experience. Pro tip: Spray it, wait 10-15 minutes (at least!), wash it off, and THEN have at it like a star! It soaks into your skin so washing it off won’t make it lose potency… It will however, eliminate the transfer issue as well as the smell which the reviews on that are spot on. It DEFINITELY smells like Bengay, so you’ll want to wash your hands after applying as to not give away the smell. Unless your girl goes immediately to your junk she won’t be able to smell it. Now, what you do within that 15 minutes and how you play it off with your significant other is totally in your hands, I am merely the messenger! My advice is if you smoke, go have a smoke. If you don’t, have your girl/wife/whatever take a shower first (should be at least 15 minutes or you have another issue entirely!) and then shower up behind her. From there, I promise you, you will be rewarded… An hour is not out of the question using this stuff and if you’ve reached grown man status and have mastered your stroke and control you can certainly push an hour 30 easy!
I wasn’t paid for this (I should’ve been) nor was I offered any free product (hint, hint @promescent) so my review is totally unbiased though it is totally, definitely for sale. Anything anybody else says regarding this is wrong, and if this doesn’t help you nothing will. You’re all welcome in advance!

I would start with 2 sprays instead of 3 and see what happens. I used 3 to start as directed and let’s just say about 20 mins in, I lost my friend. I don’t have this issue if I use only 2 sprays. I normally last about 20 to 30mins . This adds another 10 to 15 mins. I also find myself pushing harder to finish. Otherwise I would probably last much longer. It burns a little if the solution goes in the p hole. The burning eventually stops after a min. I also wash it off before doing the deed. There is a distinct smell that’s not bad. The price is horrible. This only last about 4 or 5 sessions before you have to buy a new. The spray also doesn’t shoot consistently the same amount. Its worth a try if you are trying to give your partner multiples, just don’t have a heart attack in the process.
