I have 2 – 10 year old cats that have never worn a collar. The female hates anything new, the male just lays around & doesn’t care about anything. The male is also 16 pounds so he’s a chonky boy and the female is average size.
The male allowed me to put the collar on & off several times as I adjusted the size. Despite his larger size, the collar fit great. The female was a little harder, had to sneak up on her, but got it on with no injuries to myself or anyone else. It’s easy to clip on & off. Adjusting the size was a little harder.
Surprisingly, they both are wearing the collars with no distress or objection despite this being their first time wearing them in their 10 years. In addition, they are just cute. I placed the blue collar with the pizza on my male and the pink with donuts on the female.
Also, I took the bells off. Easy to cut them off. They are indoor only cats so there was no real need for the bell, I found it annoying, and the male cat kept whipping his head around every time he heard it jingle.

The things I like:
+ Cute pattern, fits half the behavior of the cat
+ Safety clip is tight enough but safe enough too
+ Doesnt have an open trailing end that comes loose*
The things that kind of bother me about it:
– The edges of the fabric ends are very sharp and tough… had to sand them a bit and trim the sharp edges.
– The strap is very long, so for a thin kitty, there is a lot of ‘double’ strap from the adjuster, which does not stay together with just one loose sliding wrap (the black plastic [] thing). This causes the cat to lick a bit and get her bottom jaw stuck between them. I need to sew the strap together in the gaps to prevent this.
– The “Bell” has a very evil harsh dingle to it (both of them did)… but I guess that fits the skull and crossbones? Its not supposed to be a sweet jingle? heh.
Overall its a better collar than what I had, and safer with the breakaway. However I did have to alter/adjust some things to get it better.

Love these collars! I like to switch the colors out depending on the season. The bow is big enough to be seen but not too big to where it bothers Leo. The material is a wool like material so it does attract hair and lint but it doesn’t bother me. Collar is somewhat durable. It stays on well but has broken off a couple times when Leo gets into something or plays with the dog.

I love these cat collars! I adopted 2 kittens and of course in a matter of a few days the collars I’d bought at the pet store were broken/shredded. I decided to see if there was a better option online and this set is perfect! There are 2 key aspects I love – the first is the fabric. They are made from cute striped canvas, which means that when the kittens scratch their necks there is no tearing, shredding, or picking of the material. The collars are very heavy duty. The second thing I love is the breakaway clip. I always put breakaway collars on my cats because it just feels safer; I know if they get into trouble when I’m not home they won’t be seriously injured by a collar hung up on something. Many breakaway cat collars are cheaply made (like my previous ones) and they are constantly coming off because the clasp is too easily pulled apart. These collars are sturdy enough that they aren’t coming off on a daily basis, but they are still breakaway in that if the collar was hung on something the cat could still get out pretty easily. The collars adjust easily, are attractive, and my cats aren’t constantly scratching their necks. The collars are sturdy and get the job done. I highly recommend these!

These collars are adorable and perfect for my kitties. I had to remove the bells since one of my cats is blind, but that’s not a major issue with the product itself. The collars fit great even on my chunkier girl, and they seem to be pretty comfortable as neither of them are trying to take them off.
