I used it to simmer spaghetti sauce that I had added hamburger and a can of garlic/onion diced tomatoes to. The high sides on this pan kept it simmering without popping out all over the stove. The pan Cleaned up beautifully. I did need to lower the temperature to simmer – but that was fine.

Love how the pan’s cook but not happy two of the lids don’t fit they wabble and gaping so it’s like always cracked to one side steam get out. The two small pans were fine not the 6 qt. Or the deep saute pan can’t get anyone on the phone to talk to me
