No problems… well made … easy to assemble!!

I am very happy with this purchase. After knee replacement surgery being able to support yourself and also not being too low to rise is critical. The seat height and support of this product are excellent. Was able to stand from a sitting position without any strain or pain in the knee which I had surgery. Installation is also very easy.

My husband is 6’5” & we just moved into our new home . He is somewhat disabled. The toilet is ADA standard. Unfortunately it was way too low to get up from. I ordered this 5” riser & it works fantastic! The hand rails make getting up easier too- locks in place. It will move side to side somewhat but functions well. Note : sit back otherwise there will be a “waterfall effect” of pee out the front.

Easy to install and works well to increase the toilet height for safe and independent rising. Just remember to check the tightening button weekly as recommended.

Easy to assemble, yes. But good luck getting it locked into place. Cheaply made and after a use or two, it will start to wobble a bit. Not good, if you want stability get one with legs.

The height (5″) elevated riser was OK. However the back part of the item would not fit. This cause the comode attachment to be unstable & it rocked when putting your hands on the grips. I tried placing it on the other bathroom comode but it was the same results. Safety hazard if not fitted correctly.
Make sure you measure all areas of your comode before ordering.

I am a 6’2”, 350 +lb man. It supports my weight adequately. However at it’s widest setting, it is narrow & restricting. There is a channel in the front for what I have no idea – but there is no place for an adult American man’s penis. Therefore as you attempt to vacate your bowels on this narrow, restricting structure, if you need to urinate at the same time – you urinate all over yourself & the floor, feet & legs. If as you use this device, if you’re accustomed to keeping your pants and drawers around your ankles, you better take them off, otherwise urine will be all over them as well. When I conducted a search online for a supporting structure I was very upfront and direct about my limitations. The vendor, in response to my direct & honest search, responded that their device would meet my needs….. obviously they’re greed for my money outweighed any consideration of honesty. The device does support my way and I can easily get up off the toilet using it. I had to purchase something like this because whoever the architect of this condominium was, they were clueless about how to install a toilet. My toilet in my condominium, is low & too far from any wall or supporting structure. As I just recently purchased Scandinavian eventually I shall be replacing all of the toilets with chair height toilet and I will be installing grab bars everywhere, something the architect apparently was clueless about – but all this takes time while I experience at least one bowel movement a day every day..

I wish I could’ve kept this seat. It’s 5 inches but my feet was dangling off the floor. The seating was comfortable. The handles wasn’t hugging my hip. But was perfect. I had to send it back because it was too high
