Robot Coupe Combination Food Processor, 2.5 Quart Bowl Description
- INDUCTION MOTOR: Robot Coupe’s R101BCLR is built with a fan-cooled, 1โ4-HP motor than spins at 1725 RPM for consistent food processing results.
- 2.5 QUART CLEAR BATCH BOWL: The 2.5 qt. clear plastic batch bowl is great for mixing up small batches of a single ingredient, or for processing multiple ingredients together at once. It is also easy to monitor thanks to its see-through bowl.
- “S” BLADE WITH SMOOTH AGES: Fantastic for a variety of processing tasks, the smooth “S” blade that comes with the bowl assembly allows you to emulsify, mix ingredients, and chop to a coarse texture.
- HONING STONE AND SCRAPER: With the included honing stone, it’s easy to keep your unit’s cutting edges razor-sharp for precise cuts. A scraper lets you clear food debris from the batch bowl.
- SIMPLE TO USE: Simple switches for “ON” to “OFF” take all the guesswork out of processing, while a “PULSE” option allows for more precision control when you need it.

We were expecting a full service food processor! Instead this machine performs slicing ONLY. Then it cost $39 to ship it back to the vendor!!!!! Never again will I buy from a vendor that requires this. READ DETAILS CAREFULLY and stay away from this vendor.

We used to chop frozen cookies into “cookie crush” with a Cuisinart, which worked for only so long and then the Cuisinart motor would burn out and we’d buy another. The Robot Coupe is a more powerful machine. It grinds frozen cookies with no trouble, doesn’t even break a sweat. Efficient, works great.

Only used once- worked great!
Just have one attached basic blade- I should add.
Canโt wait to try something else

This is always worth the price for me. Love it. Has the power I want and need. The sizing is slightly odd on large batch making but still a solid item.

This appliance is a workhorse! It takes some time to get use to. Opening and closing the lid and getting the jar on and off takes quite a bit of muscle. I was afraid to use so much force in the beginning, but I’m getting use to it. It would be so much better if it had a handle on the bowl. I have to wrap my whole arm around the bowl to get it to unlock. But, the power it generates to pulverize and puree foods is worth the high price. I’ve made mashed sweet potatoes, breadcrumbs from very hard dry toast, and chili sauce from canned chile beans so far, although I think my Vitamix does a better job making smooth chili sauce. Overall, for the 1 day I’ve had this processor, I think it will become my #2 appliance behind my Vitamix. I will update later if I get a different opinion from using it. I saved for a while and researched for months and finally bought this Robot Coupe R101B. I have a Wolfgang Puck mini-processor I got from a thrift store for $5 that was my go-to processor before the Robot. The bowl on that cracked just after I ordered the Robot. Perfect timing.

Does what is intended . One of the best processors on the market .

This is a very powerful processor. Itโs more powerful than two Cuisinart that Iโve owned. I primarily use this for mixing kneading and purรฉeing. I do not believe you can get an accessory feed through tube so be aware if you buy this model that it is pretty much dedicated to processing only not slicing or shredding.

OK, first, this is a VERY powerful chopper. Its design is quite utilitarian and basic. No frills. The plastic on the bowl seems to be a higher quality than what you normally find on these things. At least that’s what it feels like. Maybe thicker… maybe different type of plastic. We’ve used it maybe 6X – just routine stuff and it’s quite good. It just doesn’t LOOK high-end if that’s what’s important to you, but it is most assuredly a beast.
