These 5-cup storage containers are wonderful. They are very sturdy. The lids fit well; easy to put on. The lid vent is a handy feature, both while original contents cool and later when microwaving. The containers stack neatly before use and also when full (in refrigerator). Their design in broad and short, not tall. Spreading the contents out helps them heat food more evenly in the microwave. Their size is more than enough for single-servings; we never run out of space inside the container (unless we try to cram in double servings.

I use this for leftovers at home and to take lunch to work. They work as expected. The lid seals nicely but with the vented position Iโm not sure I would want to risk liquids in it for travel. For the fridge Iโm sure it is fine
The best part is these have the nice kids with the vent in the middle. Letโs me microwave with the lid on but still let steam out
I purchased this item once before over two years ago, and it still worked perfectly for heating items in the microwave. It finally showed some signs of wear, so I replaced with a new set. These are excellent, sealed well, and will last a long time.

Rubbermaid is always dependable. Very convenient and stack well. Love that the same lid fits several sizes. New review Jan 1, 2022 After using these containers for a few months some of the bowls began to show deterioration. I do not harshly scrape anything plastic nor have these been in the dishwasher. The deterioration is obviously not caused by scraping. The surface just broke away. I store sauces and other moist foods in themselves and perhaps the surface breaks down because of the food’s acid. I would not recommend this product for storing any liquids. Very disappointed.

Me pareciรณ muy buen precio considerando que son dos piezas, se pueden meter al micro sin problema ya que cuentan con vรกlvula de ventilaciรณn, pero no lo recomiendo para lรญquidos ya que puede fugarse por la misma vรกlvula. En mi caso me sirve para preparar y mezclar mi ensalada y el tamaรฑo es ideal para una porciรณn bien servida, lo cual es muy รบtil para los que cocinamos para varios dรญas. No le doy 5 estrellas porque a pesar de pedir a domicilio me llamaron de estafeta para que fuera a recoger a sucursal.

To replace my tomato stained containers. I was surprised how well the tomato sauce came off with Just a soap and water cleaning. I would probably buy these again. 2/2/24.
