@Asurion
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Asurion tech came out for Dryer repair. Failed to repair dryer, tried to sell us more services (fix one problem first, then we’ll talk) & stole our parts. Now they refuse to return parts or fix. SCAM
@SamsungUS isn’t helpful. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG
Check Reddit. Horror stories on buying Samsung. They will not help you if it goes badly, and it will.

Do not, and I repeat, do not ever buy a Samsung washer or dryer. TVs, soundbars, computers, those are one thing but their washer and dryers are absolutely horrendous. The dryer takes at least three cycles to dry on a timed dry at one hour and thirty-nine minutes. So basically over three hours to dry a full load. The washer sometimes does not even get all of your clothes wet. How in the world does that happen? Do not buy Samsung.

Great product! Runs smooth. Be prepared to buy a power cord with it.

I have loved Samsung phones and hated my two experiences with their washers and dryers. I learned my lesson, anything you need help with there is the endless manual that rarely answers questions. Advice: Google your questions. Don’t waste your time with the manual.

came out of the box not working. just “senses load” till it shuts down. During this the clothes still get wet without spinning. Ran a rinse/spin cycle on a blanket to try and get water out of it, the blanket kind of dried but was dripping still when I it took it out to put in dryer.
tried to unplug and replug – didn’t work (what Samsung’s website says to do).
can’t find spin only cycle – and the kids can easily hit the buttons and change it (if it ever starts washing). I also easily hit buttons when by it.
Its going back – not worth the hassle.

Samsung refuses to honor appliance warranty coverage purchased less than a year since they changed it to the date of manufacture. There can be up to 9 months or more from when the Samsung appliance was manufactured until the time it is purchased so buyer beware your new Samsung appliances may only have a few months of warranty coverage when purchased new.

I paid 1700.00 with an extended warranty. The top started leaking after 2 years and continued leaking rendering it useless because I got tired of having it serviced and water damage. The pump to the bottom went out after 4 years and then again right at 5 years. I had to pay 700.00. At 6 years, the motherboard went out. That is another 700.00. I decided not to repair it and buy a Speed Queen. First, this thing is huge and it vibrates and wobbles. It does not matter how it is leveled, it will continue to run like an F250 that has not been aligned in 20 years. Dont get me started on the ERROR CODES. It is extremely touchy and you may have to try several different wash options for the machine to recognize that it should actually wash the clothing and not throw an error code. There is VERY LITTLE WATER. If you want to wash more than 5 pairs of women’s jeans, you will need 2 loads. They come out dry and the legs are a twisted wrinkled mess. I bought this to save time….but it ended up costing me money, more time, and twice as much water and electricity because I had to do very small loads. I have two people in my family and run mostly delicate loads. No heavy duty loads were ever put in this machine. If you look at the views on You Tube for repairs, you will see close to 500k views on many of them…..because this monolithic disaster never works correctly.
