Very substantial reinforced rubber that my husband will be using to make a snow plow blade for his sub compact tractor. I say rubber and it comes double wrapped but it still smells like a tire shop. This is a good thing since we need it to be durable and they make tires out of reinforced rubber to be durable ….you just might want to store it in a barn or garage until installed.
Just made it through the holidays so – Sorry no completed project photos yet, he says it will go across the edge of his blade to protect driveways and ensure he doesn’t mess up his tractor or the driveway. . This is for the top of a snowplow blade . But I am using this on the custom cut baffle on a Scag Tiger Cat 2 mower. The issue I am hoping to correct is the blow out under the front of the deck for dust and grass clippings. I probably will have to try a few different heights before I have it working as I hope it will. Since it’s winter I have to wait till growing season next spring to test it out.
