Works great so far the size of ice is off on my unit. It’s supposed to make 2 different sizes small and large. Mine seems to make the same size regardless of the setting. That said it does make ice and very quickly and reliably. I use freezer bags for storing extra ice for coolers it saves from having to buy ice at a convenient store !

I decided to buy this because I was tired of making and buying ice. This machine is incredible. I followed the instructions before using the machine. The machine makes ice nicely and quickly too. It’s nice and quiet and don’t even know it’s on.

The first ice machine had leaked all over itself & soaked through the box. I didn’t even plug it in. I returned it immediately.
The replacement is nice.
I have used the 2nd one several times and it works very well. My entire family & I just love a sweet iced tea or lemonade! So glad I got it & the fact I was able to get it with a very nice price also!
Would purchase again & I would recommend. (But be cautious of leaks!)
Would also recommend that the people who are in charge of shipping the ice machine. To prevent damage to the item –
Place it inside an extra shipping box with bubble wrap for protection!

Great ice maker I have 4 big bags of ice now in my freezer ready to use this thing is fast I hope quite I’m very hard of hearing so everything is quite to me you will have to read a different review for noise. Just remember you must let it sit over night about 24 hours before plugging in like all refrigerators or freezers don’t start if you lay them down when you move them, a shipped item like this who knows how it sat in the truck.
