This is the only drop that helps my dry eyes. I tried every eye drop I thought might help, even the ointments to use at night. This is the best I’ve found for me. I can’t find it anywhere locally anymore. Only the version in the bottle that isn’t preservative free. Thank goodness I can still order it on Amazon.

I like the PF format. The bottle one stung so much from whatever they use for preservatives. These sting a little but very much tolerable. I did a lot of research before trying these. PEG-400, HA, and mineral oil-based lubricants like these perform the best in dry eye clinical tests. I am currently trying out Systane Complete which is marketed as between Ultra and Balance, formulated for MGD.
The most comfortable so far has been blink tears PF. However, they only have them in mild-moderate which is exactly my experience. For PM use, I liked the Systane nighttime ointment and German brands gel formulations the best.
My eyes are hypersensitive so I try to avoid anything with preservatives.
That said, I probably won’t get this again. Also, last time I complained to Bausch & Lomb that I couldn’t use the $20 bottle version pack at all because of the stinging. They didn’t even bother replying. Companies that don’t care about customers will go down the drain; it’s just a matter of time and competition.

These do help but they burn really bad and if you use them everyday your eye get blurry. I do recommend them for night especially every other night. They are good if you’re having trouble with your eyes.

My eyes were a hot mess from dry eye irritation and preservative drops. Within 2 hours, my eyes started to heal. I’ve tried eveything for 4 weeks. Every product, including prescription drops made my eyes worse than the one before. THIS PRESERVATIVE FREE PRODUCT WORKS!

Was instructed by my OD to start using this product with my dry eyes. Upon application- the first noted awareness is the blurry vision for a few seconds. Much like that of a smeared window lol. Once the solution is assimilated – IT IS WONDERFUL ! ! ! ! It has been a total game changer for this gal who has suffered with dry eyes for quite some time. In addition, it was recommended to also use the Bruder Mask a few times during the day and before bed. I can usually only get the ‘before bed’ application accomplished – It has been a Game changer for me. The solution lasts quite a while for me most days and morning application is plenty but occasionally I find the need for a repeat application if I have been outside for an extended period. I LOVE THIS STUFF!

This is the only eye lubricant that works for me. The mineral oil is thick and lasts more than a few seconds. I’ve used it for years.
BijouRoi –
It’s almost like magic: my hair (and overall health) seem to be responding well to these supplements.

I bought both single use box of XP soothe and ointment. Both products made my eyes feel like I had dropped liquid vaseline in them. Blurred vision and had to wait until it went away, I might have tried using a wet cloth over my eyes, but I just let it wear off. I had hoped Bausch and Lomb would have been a great brand. I had used Tears naturale II for years, but since they were bought out, the new Tears just stings in my eyes. If anyone knows of something comparable to Tears naturale II the original version, I would love to hear an alternative. Thank you
