Quentin D Lewis –
The people at sports research company really did their due diligence by making this product both affordable and also using simple but effective ingredients, the capsules are very easy to take and you can use them anywhere at any time of day, also I definitely feel a boost in overall performance and health especially after exercise. My energy level has definitely increased and overall stamina both in and out of the gym, I really would recommend these for overall Total health as they provide a full spectrum of Omega-3 fatty acids along with phospholipids from krill and various fish sources!

Been using for a few month. Seems like a good product and a good value.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my bottle and smelled lemon! I was expecting the disgusting smell of fish, but the scent was deliciously lemon. When I went to take my dose for the day, I shook out a yellow plastic like heart. It said scentcerts on it, so I looked it up. That is a genius idea!! I wish I could buy some myself to put in all my bottles of supplements and meds! Sports Research going the extra mile, yet again. Thank you, 😊

These are smooth, easy to swallow, and they taste good. This is a staple in my daily nutrient intake considering I do not get enough from whole foods. Looking at the nutritional value and the price, this is one of the better deals on the market right now. Do your own research to conclude what you feel is best, but so far these seem like an excellent option.
Amazon Customer –
I haven’t been taking this product long enough to experience any major health benefits, but based on the research I’ve done and the ingredients I’m sure the benefits are coming.
The purpose of this review is to address the issue of the infamous fishy burps that many products claim will not happen. Here’s the deal, I started taking one (1) pill a day with a meal as recommended and had zero (0) problem with fishy burps. BUT the serving size is two (2) pills and to get the full health benefits I decided to up my dosage to the recommended daily serving size. Well, the burps that only a pelican’s mom would love started immediately! The next day I took one pill and no dolphin belching. The next day I took two again and immediately began spewing mouth fumes like an orca. It would probably work for me to take one in the morning and one at night to hit that magic pill count, but I don’t typically eat breakfast and I don’t think taking one on an empty stomach with my morning coffee is a good idea.
Results may vary as we all have much different guts, but I thought I would share my tale of smelling like a front row seat at the sushi bar.
Bonus: the little lemon wedge is cute and technically helps the odor when opening the bottle smell more like a poached salmon in a lemon beurre blanc. It is definitely a sign of the intellectual capacity of our society that they needed to print “do not eat” on the lemon wedge. Honestly, I wish they didn’t as version of natural selection. Can you imagine how fun it would be to read the reviews of those that ate the plastic lemon scented wedge?!? It would be sooooo good, but sadly that joy has been taken from us by the lawyers.
My actual review is 4.5 Stars but Amazon doesn’t like fractions:
5 Stars for product
-0.5 Star for fish burps when taken as directed
4.5 STAR is pretty good net review

Good quality product bought again

I was previously taking the SR Triple Strength Omega-3 fish oil. Decided to switch to the Total Omega-3 because it has krill oil/phospholipids and astaxanthin. Compared to the Omega-3’s in the SR Triple Strength formulation (which are in triglyceride form), the omega-3’s in SR Total Omega-3 are in triglyceride (TG) and phospholipid forms. Although omega-3’s in TG form have fairly good bioavailability (especially compared to off the shelf store brands where the omega-3’s are in ethyl ester form which the body dose not recognize nearly as well), omega-3’s in phospholipid form have better bioavailability (especially DHA through the blood-brain barrier). In addition to astaxanthin helping prevent the oxidation of DHA, itself also has anti-inflammatory effects, is an antioxidant, and can help improve HDL. The hope is that I will achieve more anti-inflammatory effects when I combine this with SR Antarctic Krill Oil due to the improved bioavailability.
(Credit and a big thank you to Dr. Rhonda Patrick for this awesome and invaluable information)
