I got the 10″x5.5″ drum and absolutely LOVE it, especially at medium-low tunings with some dampening – sounds a lot like a full-size snare to my ears. However, the listing says it comes with the MC69 and it does NOT – I ordered through Sam Ash and they basically told me to suck it up when I contacted them.

Great sounding snare!! Using it as a secondary snare next to my 14x 6.5 Porkpie and it sounds amazing. It’s a flat black that looks so damn sexy. You can put it on a traditional snare stand or mount it on a stand

The TAMA Snare Drum sounds and feels like the TAMA Quality us drummers have known for years. This particular Snare Drum is a small size 5.5″x10″ but has every bit of the classic sound. I will continue buying TAMA as I have since the 1970’s!!!
