This laptop bag is very roomy and my 27 inch laptop fits perfectly. The velcro strap that secures the laptop in the case is a great improvement over the older style Targus design. There is plenty of room to store the power supply, network patch cord and a video cord. The front pouch is good to store miscellaneous items like thumb drives but it lacks a dedicated mouse pocket. Overall I am very happy with the quality and design.

Purchased this a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with it. There are so many compartments to help keep me organized. Everything has its own spot. Unfortunately, within a couple weeks of having it I noticed that the strap started fraying. Overall, I like the bag, but it’s a bit disconcerting that the strap started to deteriorate rather quickly with no apparent cause.

This bag is just fine so far. It does fit my 17.3 inch HP (it even says so on the tag) It has three larger spaces under the flap. The main thing I would change, is I wish it had some vertical pockets for pens etc. maybe a better place for my bluetooth mouse. Overall a nice bag.

Not as good as the old TCG200 model (full front flap version)… Having two clips is a pain. The lower part isn’t big enough for a large power supply (which most 17″ laptops have), and the flap no longer has a zipper for things like charging cables and such. TO make things worse, the two part design gets caught under some airline seats… Long story short: yes, it will keep your 17″ laptop safe, but it does so in the least functional way ever.
