Mi reloj no funciona más y acabo de comprarlo hace unos meses, de un día para otro ya no funcionó la luz para ver la hora, que se usa cuando es obscuro, y la hora cambio y se quedó en 12:00 y desde allí empieza el tiempo y no lo puedo ajustar a la hora actual ni la fecha actual, en las fotos se puede ver como queda cuando lo quiero ajustar. Así que por favor, puedo usar la garantia y enviárselo para que me lo arregle por favor.

The gold around the rim started chipping almost immediately. The heart rate function was difficult to use vs a smart watch. It was hard to set in general. Randomly kicked the bucket today after owning for 10 months. Battery still works but can’t set the time. The band held up nice probably the best part of the whole product

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday because she asked for that specific watch. When it arrived the box it was in looked a little bit beat up but so far my daughter hasn’t had any complaints about it and in fact seems to be pleased.

I have purchased 3 of these watches. The watch itself is great but the band on two of them broke on the black watch. The white band still ok but can’t get it clean. What should I do❓❓❓

I wanted a gadget that could measure my heart rate when I exercise, but I did not want one of those fancy things that needs to be paired with a cell phone, has a hundred extra features, and is difficult to learn to use. This one does what I wanted. Took a few minutes to set up (I found a tutorial on YouTube) and that was it! It shows the time and date, and if you press and hold a button it shows heart rate. (I think it can also count steps but I haven’t used that feature yet.)

It never came with a user manual. I never used any of the functions because they always seemed complicated. The HR never worked either. The chime would chime during strange hours and I was unable to turn it off at all. After 6 months the whole thing stopped working. It just started resetting itself over and over. I am unable to use it anymore and now need to buy another watch. Online the manual says the battery should only be changed by a jeweler or other professional.

I liked the look and functions of this watch, but it broke after 11 months and no longer works. The rose gold plating had also long since chipped and flaked off within the first 6 months. I have been a Timex customer for many years, but sadly their quality has gone down. When I contacted Timex assuming it would be covered under their 1 year manufacturer warranty, they told me I have to pay to ship it to their offshore repair facility and will not receive it back for 2-3 months. That’s pretty poor customer service.

I like this watch, however, it’s not super accurate. The distance measured much shorter than how far I actually ran & the step counter is about 2x what my Fit inspire says. The heart rate is accurate, but only if you’re standing still… so yes it’s good, but if you’re wanting accurate distance & step measurements this might not be for you

It’s exactly what I wanted – a watch that counts steps and can read my heart rate. It doesn’t need charging because it has an easy to change battery. I don’t miss all the fuss of trying to sync and update my old fitbit. It feels good to go back to a Timex.

I really wanted this to work but it can’t find my pulse, I’ve tried everything. I’ve put it in multiple places, tried multiple things. I manually took it and it was near 130 in a workout.. In addition, it says not to move which means I had to keep stopping in my workouts. I wanted it to display the HR, it doesn’t, and can’t find it. I plan on returning it. I have 2 other timex I really like with timers but this one did not work for me. I wanted something with no app and no blue tooth.

This really missed the mark. My Timex Ironman from 20 years ago was great and lasted for many years. This one, without the chest strap, does not measure HR and should not even have the brand Timex. So sad.
