This cabinet is awful. I took it out of the box and started to put together and already there were broken pieces. Therefore I could not even get past the starting point.
I tried to return it and they want to charge me for shipping. Which is crazy. I tried reaching out to them and the offered me a little discount on Shipping. I DID NOT WANT TO BUY A BEOKEN CABINET, so why should I pay for shipping? My only other option at this point is to keep the broken cabinet for 50 percent off. So I get to pay have the price for a broken cabinet and they will give me the other half to haul it to the eco station. I would NOT recommend buying from these guys. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

I like the look of the cabinet and it holds a lot of shoes. Price was ok.
My box was missing the instructions – I emailed the company and they were quick to respond with a pdf of the instructions. But, instructions were bad. One component was mislabeled; some steps were missing from the instructions, such as screwing in the main blue screws, and also the wooden dowel pieces. The center piece that is supposed to go in the back was also missing from the instructions, and when I figured it out, it was too late to undo the steps to allow for the piece to be put in. Front doors do not line up exactly, no matter how much I fiddled with them.

The door hindges that were included in the assembly set were two different sets of hindges.
One set is a long arm hindge and one set is a flat short armed hindge.
Because of this, the doors are not in the same position, which in turn doesn’t let the doors to close properly.
If this is not a honest mistake and it is actually like this, the quality is really bad and almost a fraud.
I would not recommend this item to anyone as it cant even do the most basic thing, properly shutting the doors.

I love the design and color that this has white and gold. I don’t like that it doesn’t close all the way . I don’t like that it was hard to build. The size was perfect for where I needed to put it.

This is one of those hidden gems. I wanted something nice to hide the shoes at the door entrance. (We don’t wear shoes in the house.) I like the fact that the shelves are adjustable. The cabinet doesn’t take up too much space. It is spacious inside and can fit larger shoes. To my surprise I love the soft close. It is quick sturdy. This cabinet can easily be used for multiple purposes. The doors did align with the pre-drilled holes although I had to lift up on it a little. The directions can be a little better though. Pay close attention to them and specially to what comes next. You only need one person to put it together.
