This backpack is a mixed bag when it comes to how much I like it. I review plenty of backpacks to compare this with and I would say the quality of this is somewhere in the middle. The main compartment is rather roomy and will hold a fair share of clothing or whatever. If you put shoes in the shoe compartment then obviously it will hold less but still quite a bit. Along with the main compartment and the shoe compartment there is only one other compartment on top of the bag and it is lined with some sort of cloth material that I do not like and doubt will hold up to too much use. Then there are some outer pouches where lacrosse players can hold their sticks, balls, water bottles etc. The fabric used in making the bag is what looks and feels to be mid-range quality. It’s rather light material. This includes what is used for the shoe compartment and main compartment as well. The zippers and plastic clips are lightweight and smallish and this is what I really think should be heavier duty, especially considering we are talking about rugged lacrosse players using the bags. The material and I’m not really sure what it is that is used to strap down the helmets or again whatever on the outside is pretty thin and does not seem all that durable so would expect tears but without long term use or me trying to tear it can’t be sure on that. That shoulder straps are somewhat padded and will do the trick for short hauls.

I’m actually using this as a pickleball backpack. Most P-Ball backpacks are just too small for my needs, especially since I like to wear a separate pair of shoes on the court. Having a dedicated shoe compartment is a big upgrade for me vs. other pickleball bags. I also like to put my coat inside the bag while I’m playing and this bag is large enough for that even while my “street shoes” are in the shoe compartment. Make note, the shoe compartment is using up space in the bag, if you don’t put shoes in the compartment, the main compartment can hold more. There is a well constructed, netted side compartment for a large water bottle on the outside of the bag. The other, similar large side exterior pocket is perfect for holding four pickle balls very securely and the “partly netted” material isn’t “see through” enough that the balls are visible. I really like the way it holds four balls so securely, you can turn the bag upside down and the balls don’t fall out but they are very easily accessed when you want to grab one. There is a zippered “psuedo-compartment” on the top face that holds my phone and keys. It’s more like a “flap” that opens and and zips shut than an actual separate compartment but it works very well for a phone and keys and that’s what I need. The lacrosse helmet holder, while not needed for my purposes looks fine and differentiates my bag form the line of other bags sitting in a row on the floor next to the court. There are exactly three zippers on this bag; the main compartment, the shoe compartment and the flap/pocket on the face at the top. There are no other zippered pockets or compartments. The zippers themselves are fairly large “toothed”, which makes them seem pretty durable but the zipper “pulls” are fairly thin and light weight and seem a little suspect. The bag material itself is mid grade but perfectly adequate. The straps are padded though there isn’t much thickness to the padding. All in all, I’m using this bag as my pickleball bag and I’ve fully ditched my other two bags that were actual pickleball bags and it’s a better fit for my needs by far. If you were to take advantage of the stick holders and the helmet holder and use this for its actual lacrosse design, I can’t imagine you wouldn’t like it. I recommend this bag.

I help coach my son’s high school lacrosse team and have found this to be an excellent pack. At first my son was using a very large “adidas” branded bag that he threw all his gear into. This Lacrosse bag has been a great find for us (mostly him). It is good quality for a high school level sports bag. Plenty of space for pads, shoes, balls, water bottle, and helmet. You can also attach 2 sticks as well.
We’ve used and tested this during several practices now. My son uses one of the side pockets/pouches for his large water bottle which stays secure when he’s walking around and even while lightly jogging to go get changed/ready. The bottom area is where you can place a pair of large shoes (about size 13 mens), which also has a couple of air vents which are a nice little touch. The main compartment is large with enough space to handle his shoulder/chest pads, bulky elbow pads, a winter jacket, several balls, and extra socks. The helmet slides between the outside of the pack and a stretchy fabric that you can let out via locking straps. That keeps the helmet surprisingly secure and fits a helmet a lot larger than what is pictured in the company’s product photos. He has since added a second stick to his items packed (as of a couple days after I took a pic of his packed back). There is also a handy hook at the top to hang it. He’s been able to hang it on the back of benches on the sidelines as well as in an athletic locker at school.
My son absolutely loves this lacrosse pack and loves sporting it at practices. It looks dang nice too. Highly recommend this pack for your favorite high school (or younger) lacrosse player(s).

The stitching for the helmet holder ripped off the first time i tried to adjust the straps. Automatic one star.
Which is a real disappointment because I want to like this bag but the sus stitching means I can’t safely use this on my bike commute.
