ME and ME –
This product does exactly what it claims to do and was easy to assemble. We screwed up when we put the feet on backwards but that was our oversight, not that of the instructions. Not keen on the white cover as I don’t know how long it will stay clean and it is a wee bit wobbly as it is top heavy. Perhaps if there was a solid piece of wood on the bottom just to add weight to the bottom and the structure that would make it very stable. Overall, great value for the money and does what it promises!

i bought this as a temporary item I could use for a few months and then put in the trash when I moved away. it has served that purpose exactly as anticipated.
don’t not expect it to be some amazing closet that just happens to be cheap. it is cheap. its cheaply made. it wont last forever. its delicate. but what do you expect for the price?
functionally it works. the zipper is fine to keep pets or dust away. the hanging line supports more weight than I anticipated.
reviews were accurate in that it does not assemble well. there are slots the bars are supposed to fit into, which locks the whole thing in place. I found it impossible to properly assemble if I didn’t want to risk ripping the cheap cover material. instead of placing the final pegs into their appropriate locks on the floor piece, I just put them on the floor. it compromised some of the stability, but it is never going to be all that stable.
easy solution for me was to take the card board box the item was shipped within, and place it on the rear wall, adjacent to the wall to help with the security, the stability. once your clothes or whatever items are inside you can’t see them anyway.
the cover completely encloses the garments kept within, so that fulfilled its purpose.
overall, cheap, stable enough, never broke. its a fine temporary solution, or just a really cheap option for extra space.

En foto se ve mas pequeño de lo que es en realidad. De facil armado pero recomendable es ver primero un tutorial en youtube sobre el armado, ya que las instrucciones no son muy claras.
Caben suficientes prendas, y en la parte de abajo hay suficiente espacio para colocar mas cosas.

This is the worst product I’ve ever bought through Amazon – twice! I purchased this wardrobe last year and it seemed to just what I needed, it was nice looking and convenient. However, after several months it broke and collapsed under the weight of my clothes. Because I liked the way it looked, I convinced myself that I must have put too many clothes on the rack and/or I didn’t distribute them enough. Unfortunately, the returned had pasted a few months earlier so I couldn’t get a refund. So, I liked the look and it fit in the space I had, I thought I would give it give it another try and buy another one. This time I put way less clothes on the rack and was more diligent above distributing the weight of the clothes evenly. You guessed it, it broke and collapsed again in the same way. This time even sooner, less than one month after the last day to get a refund or replacement. Please learn from my mistake and don’t ever buy this product or any other from this manufacturer Whitmor.

Bought to downsize clothes that were in storage. Very easy to assemble and loved the size and quality. I packed too much into them, beyond the recommended weight limit by the company, and eventually the middle brackets started to break (my fault); called Customer Service for replacement parts and must give kudos to Colleen at Whitmore who assisted and immediately sent replacement parts for me. This was a no hassle customer service experience that was very much appreciated!!

If you want something to use occasionally, this will be perfect to keep your clothes tidy and safely stored , I think it isn’t for everyday use , the zipper isn’t very smooth opening , also the fabric is thin , I had to return one of them because it had a rip in it ! The structure of the metal was a little flimsy but looks nice in the room ! Came larger than I thought and holds about 40 dresses hanging or more !

This portable, zip closet i’ve been using for almost 2 months has been a great experience. I have the Blue version. First off, i’d like to say how excellent the packaging was. The box itself was in excellent condition and the parts were neatly packaged inside. I initially bought this because i had a drawer in my open built-in closet in my room, and i wanted to put this portable closet elsewhere in my room, but then my room became super crowded so, i decided to remove my drawer from my built-in closet and place my portable closet in my built-in closet. I know that sounds kind of weird, but currently, my built-in closet has no door and i don’t want to leave my clothes hanging out in the open. This portable closet is the perfect solution as it not only covers my clothes, but i can also arrange it if i have to.
With my measurements, the closet measured to be, 63.5″x19.2″x35.2″
The installation process was super easy. It took me about 30 minutes to install the closet. It would have taken me much less if i had inserted the closet sleeve at the right step (lol)—other than that, it was very simple. Plus, the instruction manual was nicely presented. Once the closet was installed, i was honestly surprised with the weight of it, I know the frame and sleeve is pretty light and i had no clothes in it, but i was still amazed with how easy it was to move the closet around.
Right now, i have 41 active hangers stored in my closet and i still have plenty of space left for more. Most of it consist of standard t-shirts, a few jackets and a couple hoodies. The rest are a little of dress pants and dress shirts. Underneath my clothes, i have enough space to store my small laundry basket and laundry bag. I don’t have a lot of long clothes. The longest clothing i have is a jacket that hangs about 15″ from the rod. With that, i have no problems with it touching my laundry basket that sits underneath. I store miscellaneous items on top of this closet. The closet is sturdy enough for my items not to sink down too deep.
The quality of this closet is amazing. The zippers (2) flow through really good. It feels smooth when zipping/unzipping and it doesn’t get jammed. The window on the top that is a material of a mixture of plastic + rubber is great. It is not 100% transparent which is good for privacy. The sleeve of the closet holds up pretty well. I don’t have any damages yet. Like i mention before, i have items laying on top of the closet, and it still keeps its quality.

I am glad that i decided to purchase this item. Since my built-in closet had no door, i was forced to have my clothes out in the open. That allowed my clothes to get dirty easy and smell more. Also, it made my room look messy. Now with this closet, I can finally store my clothes properly and have it protected. Even this is considered more of a smaller closet, I was satisfied with the quality and the portability. If you’re a person who does a lot of different arrangements, or is constantly switching rooms, this closet is a good companion to your clothes. For a compact portable closet, this has been beyond my expectations.
