This was a very expensive product, we used it 3 times and the tube deflated while my children were tubing on the back of our boat, we found a large tear in the seam on the bottom. We tried to get a refund or exchange and Amazon essentially told us we cannot return it or exchange it per our chat conversation. They won’t call us either when we try to connect with them. We are very dissapointed with this product and Amazon’s lack of customer service. Would not recommend.
Update: WOW contacted us and replaced the tube without issue. Amazon still didnt return my call.

In the middle of a ride with 2 13yo kids, it went flat. Cap is fine. Must have blown a seam. I wouldn’t buy again.

Love this tube! Very stable and fun for all riding levels. Held up for six straight hours trading riders all day. The inflated dividers keep riders from getting knocked into each other and the tube is low and balanced enough to have a very dry ride using the “football” rope. Tube did get an air leak on the last ride who was also the one who likes the wildest rides.

We bought this tube last July and finally took it out of the box July 10th 2024. The first time using it, it pulled down into the water when just starting out dumping the riders face first into the water as it flipped forward over them. We tried it once again and it did the same thing. Can’t use it because it’s unsafe.

The tube works and can handle impact well… however the back support rolls flat after every 5-10min. Ride. My son and his friends are 12-13 and all kids weigh about 120ish, still rolls flat/backwards. There is a zipper at the bottom you can open and shove your hand in to pull the bottom back and straighten up the back support if you’re wanting to re adjust it every trip. Also the one way valves are NOT the screw cap style… instead it’s the rubber ones similar to blowing up a pool floaty and just don’t see long term them lasting without getting ripped off and once that happens there’s no replacement for them. Furthermore at each blow up portion has a cover that is closed by a metal zipper which is exposed the the riders. Suggest ones with a Velcro covers. In short this tube will work but I’d spend an additional $50 and buy a different brand.

Leans forward too much. Where you sit is too far forward so the rope even with booster ball sprays water. Very hard to get over wake. It’s built to be towed mainly in the kneeling position. For sitting forget it. Also backrest filling connector is not lined up with hole so it’s a pain to inflate.
No strap to hold up quick connect strap when towed in kneeling position so it drags and sprays as well.
