Tout les jours sur 3 chansons de twist. On verras le résultat dans quelques semaines. Et en plus de cela je fait des exercices de sport .

Easy to use, large enough for most feet, and very fun once you get the hang of it and can twist continuously with momentum, especially to some music! The reason why I took off some stars is because I think for mostly plastic parts, it is overpriced. I feel like the twisting joint or mechanism will wear out because you are bearing your weight on it and spinning it back and forth.
You also have to be careful not to injure yourself. Best to brace yourself near a chair or wall, in case you lose your balance. You should find the way to twist that feels right to you. I felt like it was most effective if you bent your knees a little, and twist from the waist at a moderate pace, not too quickly. It’s very easy to put strain on your knees if you twist with only your legs standing straight. It would have helped if it came with some instruction diagrams to get you started.
After daily use for over a month, I found that it helped with weight loss. Was an alternative way of getting some cardio in, but this isn’t really going to build any muscle if you’re trying to strengthen your core. Better off doing pelvic thrusts and leg lifts on a yoga mat.

This is my 3rd waist twisting disk. I bought 1 when they 1st came out like 4 or 5 years ago but it was almost 1/2 this size and my feet hung of the sides. About 2 years ago I saw a brand with an XL size of 11.5 inches. My feet do fit but the have to be touching and absolutely no way I can wear sneekers on it. So the other day I came across this XXL size and say it was 15 inches. I don’t ever think I really paid attention to the price because I was just so happy to find a larger 1 and bought it right away. It arrived earlier today and when I took it out the box and saw the size ….. I seriously got tears in my eyes. I was so ecstatic that not only did it fit my feet with room to spare but I could actually wear sneekers with it. I wear a size 12 womens sneaker but often buy mens for more options. I am a mens size 10. From the pics you can see my feet fit without any issue and honestly it makes my feet look smaller because of how large the disk is. Unfortunately it’s not noiseless like my previous 1s but for me that has no effect because I always have my music up when I use it. So you might disturb others with the sound it makes if you are in a quiet room or watching TV ….. you may need to change where you use it. If you have “normal” sized feet …. you won’t understand just how huge of a deal this is but if you have large feet ….. you will be so thankful when you get this.

I bought this for my 17 month old son. He has sensory processing disorder. He enjoys this board walking across it. He also sometimes will use it to rock back and forth on. As well as a ramp for toy cars and watching balls roll down it. Very cool sensory toy for not just kiddos but parents too! I find myself rocking back and forth standing up on it. It holds my weight (150lbs) perfect!
Only small issue we have had is that it needs to be on a carpeted area in order to walk across it safely for little ones. Otherwise it will slide causing little one to fall. Also watch where your kiddo puts their fingers while rocking on this. Otherwise it is perfect! Oh and I almost forgot that it came with those sensory spikey dot things. He likes them too however he is just a little too young for them right now. For now he uses them to through at people. 😉

If you’re looking for a fun exercise gadget OMG these are what you need. These are absolutely amazing. I can’t believe I haven’t bought them earlier. Absolutely love them, so much fun & easy. Got them delivered today and I’ve already been on them 4x doing 100 to 200 twists each time.. FUN FUN FUN

Is heel leuk om te doen , en ik weeg 80 kg het houd mij makkelijk. Door de antislip aan de onderkant verschuift het niet . En na een paar minuten voel ik het al echt in mijn spieren. Ideaal dat het geen geluid maakt . Dus je kan prima muziek luisteren of tv kijken en makkelijk op te bergen!

Absolutely love this product!!! it is so easy to use and stores in a very small place. My daughters and I love it. Easy to use, no assembly. I do 15 minutes three times a day and I can already tell a huge difference. I’ve only been using it for several weeks and my last years jeans do not fit the same. YAY!!! Get a pair jam up the music and get nice and fit.

It’s tricky to get on and off, because the unit is so loose. I’m not saying the base will come apart, I just didn’t realize how tricky it would be to get used to the twisting, and stepping on/off of it. Make sure you hold onto a table or chair when you do get on it/off it, till you get used to it. I would not have my bare feet on it though, the nubs are too hard, plus I have two bone spurs in each heel, so shoes are better.
And as you can see, the little metal nubs are coming off, and one already has, which I threw out. So if you have kids or animals, make sure you find them before they do, or it will be an expensive trip to the vet or hospital.
I think my reasoning for a four star review, is the little metal pieces coming off, and it’s tricky to get on and off. If your unsteady on your feet, like me, be careful, and having shoes on might be better then socks, or barefoot.
