BROKEN IN HALF AND IT A BOX WAY TO SMALL ITS HAD TO BE BROKEN WHEN IT WAS BUT IN THE BOX OR IT WOULD HAVE NEVER FIT , I WANT TO TRY FOR A 2ND ONE ONLY BECAUSE IT MATCHES ME SET FOR THE BEARDED BUT IT ONLY GAVE ME THE REFUND OPTIONS THIS SUCKS

Somewhat realistic looking. Its a very dark green which would blend in nicely with a tropical setup. I use it in the corner of my 20 gallon long tank for my leopard gecko and he loves it. I have it in the corner as his hot hide and he chills under it during the day and I even sometimes catch him sleeping on top. For an adult leopard gecko there is plenty of space both bellow and on top. I would not recommend this for any reptile larger than a leopard gecko. The basking platform is not large enough for an adult bearded dragon, although it would be suitable for a juvenile or baby beardie. It would also be too small for any adult turtle since the platform measures only about 5″x 5″. The edges are rough/sharp, but my leo uses these rough edges when shedding.

Purchased for my 1 year old Bearded dragon, absolutely love it, and just big enough for her to crawl under it to hide and have a shaded spot. First one arrived broken in half, but seller was very quick to ship a new one out for me 🙂 very pleased with this basking platform 🙂

I was worried with my turtle being so small (he’s a three-striped mud) that he wouldn’t want to be bothered with this. After getting him a ten gallon tank he had loads of space to swim. But he actually loves basking on his rock. I have not had any issues with off-gassing as other reviewers have mentioned. But the colour does fade after being in the water so often, but it still looks really good.

Really good looking piece of decor, I assumed it would be bigger which was my mistake, definitely wouldn’t recommend for a full grown beardy but certainly would recommend for a creature that is the correct ratio! Really solid and heavy, holds heat very well and is well painted, doesn’t come off at all.

I bought this ramp for my red eared slider turtle to crawl from her swimming tank to basking tank.
It’s a great ramp, it’s slightly heavy though.
It’s not just really light plastic like I thought it would turn out to be.
I love the look of it, the colors and such. The steps add great detail and gave my turtle the ability to climb up the ramp. I wish it goes down more deeper rather than wide but that’s okay.
You’ll need a bigger tank than a 29 gal for sure to fit this in and have the turtle easily be able to climb up and access it.
The ramp is slightly crooked and slightly tilts when it’s on the ground though.
Maybe it’s just mine? But just giving you guys a heads up just in case. :]

Orderd this for my beardie Izzy. She loves it and uses it for basking everyday. The first on I received was broken just like a lot of the other reviews. I contacted the seller and overnight I received a new one. I was suppose to return the broke one to get a refund and keep forgetting to do it lol. It’s all packaged up in my trunk lol. Wonder if I send it in now can I still get a refund lol. The only thing is that I wish the platform was a little wider.

I was honestly nervous about this product due to other reviews. I have an african sidenecked turtle, unlike most who have RES. I believe my turtle is full grown and I was scared that he wouldn’t be able to fully fit on the top. But he fits perfectly! Great product! I was shocked by how heavy it was when it arrived. Great quality!

These products off-gas. There was a very strong off-gassing the first 4 days, and a couple weeks later, I can still smell it fairly strongly in the bearded dragons cage. I hope that it isn’t too toxic for him or for my son. I removed the items so they could off-gas outside of his cage for several days.
Note that I have a weak sense of smell–I don’t usually smell things that others smell. My family was able to smell the off-gassing through much of our house (which is almost 3,000 sq ft). So, it was a pretty big deal.
alos, as others noted, the molds are not even or something. These don’t sit steady on flat surfaces–they rock. There are a few edges a that I find a bit too sharp, and I’m worried about.
So, while these look good, for the prices on them I cannot recommend them. I’m wondering if they are knock offs or something. If your dragons live in a place that is not also your living area, and it you don’t mind that this might cause them respiratory problems, then they are fine. But some are still overpriced for the low quality and safety concerns.
