Actually, I bought 2 sets of these bins, because I needed 4 of them to complete a freestanding closet I built. When shopping for bins, there are many choices- but I wanted the largest, most durable bins I could find, that would fit the dimensions of the closet shelves I built. I’m very pleased with the outcome. Not only are these large and durable, they are also attractive and functional. And- unlike some lesser quality bins I have purchased in the past, these will actually remain opened and upright, even when they’re empty. I hate for bins to “collapse” by themselves! These bins were the perfect addition to my new closet!

Like the collapsible style. Works great for the kidsโ toy storage. However, after 5 months of use, 3 of the 6 bins purchased are coming apart at the seams. Still usable for now, but fraying heavily, and only a matter of time, it seems, before they will split completely.

A bit small, but besides collapsible they interlock (fit inside each other) and are useful for sorting. In my case I used them in the laundry room to sort socks. I put the unpaired in one and ball the matches up in the other, and when done I use it to transport them to my dresser. It’s easier than fishing them out of the big laundry basket each time. In this newly technologically controlled world of cellphones, chargers, remotes, iPods, smart watches, etc there are a lot of loose items around the house. A few of these nice little bind on a desktop or dresser top or end table help clean up the clutter and maybe help to find something when lost.
Plusses:
Fold up easy, stack because of the wedge like design.
Light easy to pick up and move.
Convenient to store small items.
Attractive enough to fit with the decor, neutral colors.
Not so large that you’d have to dig too much for things stored within.
Could be used side by side on bookshelves or storage racks.
Minuses:
Long term storage would collect dust with no top.
Not carry handles and not big enough to carry large items.
Not something to put wet or dirty items in would pick up smells.
Fairly expensive for storage this small.
No see-thru walls so have to dig or dump out to find small items.
No integrated tags for labeling and moving.
Probably not good on a move.
Overall kind of a mixed bag, if I wasn’t looking for a sock sorter solution, I may have only given this three stars, but since I had a use for it and they fit conveniently on the soap shelf in the laundry room, I kind of like them.

Nice looking and convenient baskets

They are smashed flat into a box when packaging from the top down. Imagine the picture and then an elephant steps on both of them for several days. They are not rigid. The wrinkles don’t stretch out so they would not stand completely upright. They have been returned.

Loved these! They can store in my rolling document carrier!!!

Once I’d aired out these gray trapezoid bins which are sold as “cubes”, I tried to decide what things I’d put in them. I really like the gray color of their woven stiff fabric with the lighter taupe zigzag stitching at the seams. Their only rigidity is the metal band that’s encased at the upper edge, there’s no additional support in the smaller base. If you want, you can put one inside the other because of their shape, should you not need the second one right away or simply be short on storage space. I like the idea of the pair of bins, but each of the pair I received has a gap at one side seam. This zigzag seam on unfinished edges works on leather and vinyl, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work so well for unfinished woven fabrics, even if they have a light backing as do these bins. Also, this fabric creates a bulging shape because of how it’s stitched.

These are nice, collapsible storage bins. Mine are a black with zigzag stitching. They easily opened and stood up. I have now asked my husband to build me a unit to place some of my bins under the sofa table to hold my fish food and dog supplies. They will hold a good amount and since I need to use them so often, the natural location for them will be where I do the work. I may just look on Amazon to see if I can find something that will fit, because I want something that I can pull out easily and reach the bins easily. These bins are just great for small items and are versatile. You can place them in a cubby, or on a shelf, on a desk, just so many places.
