We ordered this set after seeing it at a relative’s home. It was attractive and comfortable. It was easy to assemble, with all holes perfectly aligned and more than enough hardware. Pieces were sturdy, well-labeled, and well-packed. We had one minor issue that was immediately resolved through customer service. They were extremely responsive and responded to inquiries within 24 hours. We would highly recommend this seller.
Regarding the furniture itself, it’s fantastic. The materials are robust and waterproof but also so comfortable, so I can enjoy my outdoor space worry-free. Plus, the sectional sofa design offers plenty of seating for gatherings with friends and family. I recommend it to anyone looking for stylish and reliable outdoor furniture. Piltwoff has won me over!

The back is very low. More suitable for children. We love the fireplace. The cushions will have to be replaced maybe larger will help the back higher. Check all measurements for adults size.

Update: We purchased almost exactly 3 months ago and had it put together and usable about 2.5 months. It is in our covered protected porch area and only used sparingly on the weekends here ans there and the plastic material the “whicker”is made of is already stretching and sinking in and i don’t know how long its really going to last. The seller did reach out and offered for us to send back the set but the effort to take the whole furniture set apart when we have no boxes or options to ship it back just doesn’t seem doable. I wish i didn’t take the risk and just bought something local where i could see the quality and had better customer service options.

We bought the set during prime day. I would say for the price it is nice. But there are some things that would make it better. The thing that surprised me the most that I don’t like, is that it looks darker brown than the photos. I was hoping for the medium brown tone in the photos.
It’s okay in terms of comfort. I wouldn’t describe it as comfortable. The cushions are on the thinner side and slide everywhere. All of the pieces of the seating slide on our smooth patio floor and come apart so we have to get up and push it back together often. It would have been nice if it had a non-sliding material at the bottom.
I do love the quality of the fireplace. I liked the flame style a lot more than some of the other ones and like that it matches the rest of the set.
Pretty easy to put together but did take me awhile by myself.

It took me sometime to deal with all the screws to assembling it, but the sofa looks very nice after setup. It fits perfectly on my porch and very comfortable.

Just purchased this set and I feel I really got my moneys worth. Not bad to assemble, they look good and work well. The seller is also great. One of the chairs had an incorrect part from the factory so I couldnt assemble it. I contacted the seller and had a replacement in only 2 days! I would buy from again!

Very good material, light and strong, neat workmanship, I like it very much. It rained these few days, so I installed them in my basement hall, and it feels very coordinated. When the weather is clear, I will move it outdoors and sit comfortably to enjoy the outdoor time.🥰
