This bed rail was exactly what we needed for a lower bed. Other bed rails were so tall that they stuck out and we could not even get in the bed when they were down. This one was perfect. It folds down literally in half. There are no sharp edges. You can crawl in and out of the bed easily and when you get out it pops right up, giving several inches of protection to remind the toddler not to roll out of bed! I would buy this again in a heartbeat. Also, very easy to assemble. The only thing I would have added was zip strips to the package to attach them to the underneath bed rails instead of screws.

We live in a fifth wheel and put this on the top bunk for our 3 year old and it’s so handy! Easy to open and close and it screws down so there’s no worries about it coming out.

I purchased this Bed Rail to use on an overhead RV Bunk to hold storage items from falling out. Perfect fit for a Class C overhead bunk. Would definitely work for it’s intended purpose as well. Sturdy and good quality.

Tried installing this rail on a full size metal frame and it wouldn’t get tight. There was no way to securely put the rail on the bed frame and when we tried to tighten the straps it would come loose and not stay tight. It was frustrating and so expensive for a simple bed rail. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a metal bed frame.

I used these as a creative way to train my dogs, that the couches are off limits to them. We have 4 big dogs and this was a furniture saver for us!! Our dogs thought it was their beds (even though they have their own beds) When we are not sitting on the couch it is in the upright position. It folds down perfectly to sit comfortably on. Great buy!!

My daughter sleeps restlessly and often turns around. I put her in the baby crib to sleep before, and she always touches the railing next to it (made of wood) so she wakes up crying when she feels pain, so I bought this bed rail put her on my bed to sleep, and she really sleeps better. This bed rail is easy to install, and can be folded down when not in use, which is convenient for use. A suggestion, if the mattress is too high, this bed rail is not recommended, It may be too short to be effective. My mattress is very low, so it fits perfectly on my king size bed, and I am satisfied.

Was browsing around to find a bed rail that is long enough but will not block me from exiting the bed. When I found this, I hastily ordered it. Well, lesson learned.
Long story short, I have a 13″ mattress and this barely protrudes 4″ above it. The Rail itself is great. Sturdy and quite stable. You can even fold it if needed. Except for that one problem where I wish it was a taller. Obviously if you had a thinner mattress this would work perfectly.
Good thing my toddlers a pretty calm sleeper and just a little resistance from the rail prompts him to return to the middle even when asleep.
I plan to get another taller rail in the future and will be placing this at the foot end of the bed.
