Had this blender over a year, has performed above my expectations and makes great frappuccinos, smoothies, margaritas, eggs and blended items prepped for baking. Must hold lid when blending heated liquid. The jar tool is great and helps blend much easier! Small, long spatula helps remove ingredients easier. Above average blender size jar for larger quantity is a bonus. This is a very powerful machine and performs well, sometimes will move on counter top, so must be managed! Cleaning pretty simple and can blend to remove excess with water! Contact with customer service was easy and answered all my questions and needs promptly.. shout out to Alice! Would highly recommend blender if you’re an avid blender user especially making blended drinks or foods daily!! It’s been well used in my household and held up better than well known brands!
Update 2023: Contacted company on minor issue, Alice responded quickly and a resolution was submitted and resolved extremely fast! This blender works better than well name brands, with a large capacity jar for small to large volume blending needs and quick! Love ❤️ this blend and highly commend Alice on her customer service support!! 👍👍

Bought this April 2022 worked great until a few months ago; started leaking. Now I need blade replacement & the wrench to do it but it said they are not available currently. Very frustrating. It’s a few months out of warranty, so I don’t know what to do. No way to contact seller & I hate the idea of having to buy replacement. Hopefully seller will see this review & contact me. Only used for morning protein drink, not crushing ice or soaked beans.
Will update if I have a good customer service experience.

I bought it for making protein shakes, I have burnt out 3 blenders from so much use, and I love this one, one oddity is you cannot put the bottom of the blender part in water, you clean it from the top. Its in the instructions. I would of never thought anything about immersing it in water, I am glad I read the booklet 🙂

Appears to be a strong blender, but mine started leaking at the bottom gear area.
**Update: Seller reached out to resolve the issue and sent a new pitcher. Great customer service and would buy from here again!

Upon receiving this blender that I use to make smoothies.
I was initially impressed & happy.
Did what it was intended to do by crushing ice easily & blending my smoothies well.
Then upon using it for my 4th smoothie, I put my usual ingredients with the only “hard” ingredient being 8 regular sized ice cubes.
When I powered it on, it started up then stopped & I started seeing all the liquid I’d added in The canister (my protein mini drink) begin spilling out from the from under the canister & spilled out on all sides over the base.
The metal circular “lock” piece that sits underneath the plastic canister that the threaded stem blade base screws into unscrewed itself somehow.
Hence everything pouring out from the canister.
A nice big mess, so I cleaned it all up Then carefully screwed the circular lock piece back where it belonged with the blades screwing into it.
Well long story short this same nightmare has now happened 2 additional times.
This is maddening & unacceptable.
For this amount of money for a blender to literally just make smoothies this SHOULD NOT be happening.
My advice, go look elsewhere for a different blender option.
You can see the pictures I’ve attached with this final 3rd occurrence taking place.
So 3x this happened out of 12x attempted usages, sorry but that’s crazy.

We decided to go on a green smoothie kick and this blender has been a BEAST! We love it. Some reviews say that the blender doesn’t last but we have had no issues with daily use the last few months. Makes great smoothies in 1 to 2 minutes of blending.
