I had serious doubts that these Catit Air Purifiers would work at all, but took a chance because of the reviews. These definitely do work! I installed and kind of “forgot about it”. I have one of those litter box containers that looks like “nice furniture”, so it mounted inside (alcohol wiping always helps when adhering anything). I didn’t change the filter for a couple of months and suddenly started noticing a litter box odor. As soon as I changed the filter, the odor diminished. Yes, these have proven themselves!

I have two semi-long haired cats and have to use a special litter so it doesn’t get stuck in their paws, but this litter doesn’t hide the smell at ALL.
So I tried a bunch of smell neutralizers and none of them worked, and they were expensive.
But THIS WORKS!! It’s amazing and so cheap! No more smells at all, it’s like a sponge just absorbing all the bad smells.
Super easy to change and lasts so long.

The smell was definitely reduced but not enough. If I didn’t have to keep buying this, maybe I would’ve stuck with it, but I didn’t want to do that. What solved my litterbox issue was I got a HEPAA air filter, added a carbon filter to it, put the litterbox (with Febreeze litter in it) in an enclosed dome, and put a cloth flap on the entrance, and that did the trick.

1. Blue box with filters fell on my cat’s head while she was using a litterbox. (The box was installed as instructed using a double-sided tape they provided in a package). The litterbox my cat uses is also made by Catit, and it is advertised in the pictures.
2. Bunch of brown powder was just outside these filter pads when I opened a sealed plastic bag in which the manufacturer packed them.
3. These filters are simply not working at all to reduce the smell or absorb odor.

So I’m going to start by saying that I filtered through a lot of products and reviews and ended up giving this a try. And boy oh boy I’m so happy I did! This this works WONDERS! It really takes away the pee smell and you can’t even tell we have a cat. Now this being said we clean our litter box twice a day so if you’re not maintaining your box then obviously there will be a smell. There is no cure all for the smell if you’re not on top of it. If you’re cleaning your litter box like you should be then yes this thing will completely take away any left over smell and helps litter go longer in my opinion because there isn’t a strong odor. The only thing I have to say that I dislike is the fact that it only sticks on for a month and then the adhesive just wears away, but replacement stick on pads are so cheap so it’s honestly not a huge downfall. Also this product is cheap so replacing the box all together after 6 months makes sense anyways and it’s not like it’s crazy loss of money to do it. In my opinion you get a bang for your buck!

This product is great. It reduced the faul smell of my kitties’ 💩. I have three litter boxes and three cats and about a ton of💩: one 3-year-old Siamese, and two kittens I recently adopted from the local rescue shelter, so the Siamese can have some playmates. Both kittens, have had soft stool for some time, since they arrived from the shelter, and it was really bad. The Magic Blue air purifier was fantastic. I bought three and put one in each litter box. It lasts about a month, but would have probably lasted even longer, had their stool been normal. Catit is just a great brand. Almost everything they make is excellent. And their customer service was fantastic. I’ve ordered a bunch of stuff from them via Amazon and directly from them. I am actually thinking about buying an extra Magic Blue Air Purifier for my kitchen garbage can. You can purchase the refills separately and you get 6 per box, so since you need only 2 per cartridge, that’s a 3 month supply if you only have one litter box, or a monthly supply, if you have three, like me. Buy Catit Magic Blue Jumbo litter box, btw too, (Amazon does not sell that particular kind, you’ll have to go directly to catit website, but each litter box comes with the Catit Magic Blue Air purifier cartridge and 2 refills). Since I bought it, all three cats are doing their business there!!! I’m cleaning the litter box twice a day (because of the soft stool from the two kittens), and the Magic Blue Air purifier is paramount in controling that odor. What you also need to know about it is that it absorbs the stench rather than camouflage it with a scent, which is what I really like about it, and you’ll be able to put it in no matter what litter box you have (even the round dome, which I have). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I doubted the claims made by Catit about the Magic Blue Cat Litter Box Air Purifier. I looked through reviews and thought, why not take a chance? It’s a good price, so I might at well give it a try.
This purifier far surpassed my expectations. I have 3 kittens and the difference these 2 tiny little filters inside this convenient small contraption made is AMAZING. I noticed a difference fairly quickly, but I really noticed it when I ran out of the filters that go inside of the blue part and went a few days without it in the litter box. I will not go without these again. Catit did an amazing job with this product 👏
I can not smell cat pee at all anymore and it seriously cuts down on the smell of poos.
Of course, I also clean the litter box twice a day, and every so often three times a day when needed. If you’re not cleaning your litter box properly, it’s going to smell. Period.
So far, I have not had any issues with the adhesive part like I saw in some other reviews. The refills came in quickly. The box was a little crushed, but the filters themselves were just fine. I’m so happy to have found this product!!

Wow. These things really work. I have a covered cat litter box for my old kitty (she’s nearly 20) and I keep it in a closet with the door open just a bit for her to get in and out. Litter box smell was sometimes awful, even though I scoop it 3-4 times a day. I saw these and thought, I can always return and get my $ back if they don’t work. I will continue to buy the refills as I am happily amazed at how well these work. I don’t know the secret ingredients, but buy these and I think you will be glad you did. Kitty doesn’t mind it at all, and they have absolutely no odor of their own. So easy to use, too. It’s kinda like magic. P.S. And, I use the cheap, unscented Walmart clumping litter.
