This is a very good red LED (and with Near IR LEDs) pad. It is as advertised and has 3 levels of brightness, flashing, and also the option to just use the near IR LEDs as well, This pad is flexible, so it can be used for various areas. You get the benefits of the red light as well as a gentle heating, to soothe aches and pains. The cord is long enough to you don’t need an extension if you’re near a wall socket. This runs off standard AC. 5 stars for being as advertised, all the LEDs work and it provides the relief described.

I was skeptical that this red light therapy would be strong enough to offer significant pain relief – but it does! It’s. a good size: 24” x 12” size and is large enough to heat my entire back and neck. It works really well on multiple areas: back, shoulders, and neck. I lean against it while I watch TV and the auto shut off ends after 20 minutes. I’ve also used it on my knees, and legs. The velcro strap allows hands-free use and helps the pad stay in place on small or curved areas such as neck, shoulders, ankles, knee, elbow.
The instruction pamphlet has clear directions and images, plus the pad is simple to operate – only two buttons. Every morning and evening, I look forward to using the therapy pad to relax my muscles, relieve stress and reduce pain. It has several heat settings depending on how hot you want it to be.
I highly recommend this light therapy pad for anyone who needs pain relief.

I have used other red light therapy products in the past, but they didn’t have the strength to do what they needed to do. They just felt like regular led lights when I used them. This one is clearly different from the first use. You can feel it working right away. It’s warm and tingly, and you know that if you used it much longer than the 20 minute timer, it might be too much.
With two buttons and a cord, it’s super easy to use, and I love that it shuts off automatically so I don’t have to keep track of how long I’ve been using it. There are also twice as many lights as the one I owned before.
The only things I would change are a slightly longer cord (this one is decently long, I’m just lazy and don’t want to have to sit near an outlet), and an extra strap for a more secure fit.
Nonetheless, this is a good product, and I would recommend!

Connect the cord to the pad and there are 2 buttons, On/Off and Power level (there are 3 power levels)
There are 4 light modes.
1. Red & NIR: used for pain relief.
emits 660nm red light + 850nm near-infrared light.
2. NIR: used for inflammation relief and reduction.
emits 660nm red light + 850nm near-infrared light.
3. Red: used for ithe body’s recovery process and enhance energy optimization.

It’s recommended to do a photosensitivity test to make sure your skin isn’t photosensitivity
Note: it’s normal to have some redness and itching but that should only last maybe an hour.
Discontinue using if the following issues occur:
– Your skin turns red and stays red longer than an hour
– Experience severe itching
– Vascular pain
– Nauseous or dizzy
Use it for 20 minutes per day to alleviate your symptoms, and you should see h significant results within a few weeks. FYI: simple to remember the 20 minutes because it is the auto-off timer.
The pad has a Velcro strap making it hands free, you can wrap it around your leg, mid-section or shoulder. The pad has 242 red lights and is 24″ x 12″.
It’s a good product and helps your aches and pains if you use it regularly. The higher the power the greater the intensity for the light to penetrate your skin and help heal your body.

This Comfytemp large red light therapy pad arrived just in time for me, for a number of reasons, so I was excited to get to try it out. It is indeed very large! It can cover my entire back. The business side is clear plastic, through which you can see hundreds of tiny square lights. It does need to be plugged in for use, as it is not portable or rechargeable, which is fine. It comes with a separate elastic strap that you can wrap around it to mold it to various body parts to keep it in place.
You just plug it in and turn it on, then you can click through a series of settings to get the one you want. The lights on the controls change color to indicate what setting you are on, and what intensity level. I of course wanted full strength, so I set both buttons to red, the highest level, which includes high intensity of both red light and near infrared light. (Note: near infrared light isn’t visible, so if you want that setting without the red light therapy too, you must rely on the indicator light and trust that it is working).
The pad gets really bright, and you shouldn’t look at the lights, so wear eye protection if you’re going to be using it near your face. It warms up nicely, much like a heating pad. I tried it on both my back and my wrist, both of which need this therapy for different reasons. It feels good and is very relaxing. It automatically turns itself off after 20 minutes.
I’m very pleased with it so far and will continue to use it regularly. It’s nice quality, and I feel it’s a good buy if you are looking for more than just red-light therapy and want to go a bit deeper with near infrared light therapy.
