DELARLO Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Everyday Pan

It’s heavy and the size is just nice for me to cook formy family.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this pan and I’m glad I purchased a number of this brand in styles and sizes while they were on sale. An instruction book was included in the box, so I took the time to peruse it and found it contained very detailed directions on how to clean the pan first, season it, maintain it, and more importantly, how to test the pan for proper pre-heating temp to insure that it becomes NON-STICK. I didn’t believe it really would work, but I followed directions and IT DID! I sauteed mixed seasoned re hydrated mushrooms, cut up boneless skinless chicken, 4 tablespoons of minced garlic, lots of herbs and spices, and more. After dinner – a bit of soapy water and a soft non scrubby sponge for a few moments had it looking like it was just out of the box again. I rarely review, but this brand and these pans are top of the line and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting stainless steel to stay away from the toxins in non-stick cookware that is still present even though the manufacturers lied and said the PFOAS were no longer being used. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Love this pan. Lately it’s become my go to for veggies, tofu and the small amount of fish and chicken that I eat. Perfect for cooking summer veggie dishes . Lid is tight fitting and pan does very well on low heat! It excels at simmering. Cook your casseroles and soups. Good for browning- use lower heat, talking fish here, as well as tofu, chicken or spice combinations-as for curry. Add your other ingredients and your one pot meals come together! Simmer simmer simmer. Clean up is a breeze. Low heat does little to heat up your warm summer kitchen and you have a quick and delicious meal!
