The product works well for our fleet of Jeeps, but you have to learn the menu as it’s not immediately clear if you’ve never used one before. Updating was easy through the included mini SD card. Ability to purchase additional programs a benefit as you only need one scanner with different software packages a la carte.

Ordered the foxwell nt510 elite and did not come with the card reader. Shows it’s supposed to.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller and informed that it doesn’t come with a card reader and after looking they are correct. They emailed me wanting to make things right even though it wasn’t their fault. Wow ! What an awesome company to care so much about their customers and the quality of the product !
Btw the scanner is a very good product and did exactly what I needed it to do. I would not hesitate to buy any of their products in the future !

ok the foxwell code reader is great for the purpose i need it im not a professional mechanic but my household consist of 3 cars and to have a diagnostic tool on hand is a bonus. i purchased the software for my 18 jeep grand cherokee which falls under Chrysler. At first use i couldn’t clear a code i had. After several attempts and a internet search i found out that my vehicle has a security gateway which prevents me from clearing codes,the 12 8 adapter that was included in my purchase was a godsend after finding my security gateway i plugged the adapter in and was able to clear my code and actually run realtime test on my vehicle this foxwell machine has so many options and test that you can run its amazing so for all the 2018 and newer jeep chrysler vehicle owners the foxwell works once you do a internet search for you vehicle specific security gateway.

I ordered this mainly for doing forced regen on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator ecodiesel. If you’re in the same boat, you will also need the 12+8 adapter to access this function. Great product!

To be honest I was skeptical at first about this scanner. I’ve been trying to find a decent priced obd2 tool to “quicklearn” my 68rfe transmission in a 2013 6.7 Cummins ram 2500 . Literally the only other diagnostic tools that will do this are minimum $800-$900.
At first it did not work and brought up a error code. I basically had already given up and didn’t really care at this point but decided to email their customer service. We emailed back and forth, sent a video of issue and next day send me a patch for the device. Plugged it into truck started her up and went to “quicklearn” the transmission. It scared the hell out of me cause I wasn’t expecting it to work but sure enough the trucks rpms skyrocketed and you could feel the transmission going through all the clutches! Great customer service! Seriously thanks again, saved me hundreds of dollars.
