I have used many different pans over the years of different constructions. I was skeptical of the claims made about these pans. After a couple weeks, I’m convinced. Eggs do not stick. Meat gets a nice seared crust. It’s easy to clean. It’s everything you want in a pan. As my other pans wear out, I’m considering replacing them with HexClad.

Expensive yes, but so worth it. Of all the pans we have including cast iron none of them have the ability to give as good a sear as this one- on absolutely anything you cool. Steak, eggs, chicken literally anything.

So far so good. I have only had this new brand for about a month using 5 – 6 times a week and absolutely ecstatic about it.
I gave up the old non stick brand name so familiar I’d used for years due to health concerns and started a search for a safe durable long term pan. Having first decided on a Granite Stone I got a set which are lightly used and still OK but needed a 12″ so bought one separately. After about 3 weeks it started to stick even after pre seasoning and developed patches where no manner of cleaning methods would work. Discarded it and tried a Gotham Steel 12″ but disappointedly experienced the identical results in about 6 weeks.
After weeks of research into every type of pan I could, I bit the bullet for a Hex Clad and so far extremely happy I made the investment as they are not cheap. Quality is worth the investment.
Season to directions. I cook low to medium for most dishes with a tiny bit of olive oil and after one month it is just like the first night I used it. Have not needed the dishwasher as a quick two or three swipes with the Scotchguard pad and Dove cleans it totally in about 30 seconds. Hopefully that good progress will continue and the weight and quality of build certainly is up to it’s price point.

The 12-inch is pretty big, would not recommend getting this size if you have coil burners. You can make it work though.
You pay a good chunk of change for this product, unsure if it was worth it in my case because I don’t use the stove too much but I’m very happy with the nonstick capabilities and it seems like it’ll last forever. You are definitely getting a high-quality product. Very easy to clean and cooks my food evenly.

I was skeptical about the product as I saw Gordon Ramsey pitching it on Facebook. First I bought the griddle last Saturday figuring that it was the least expensive to start with. I did sausages on it, followed by pancakes then decided to try eggs. WOW! it worked great and cleanup was a quick wash and rinse! I pulled the trigger Sunday and bought the 12″ frypan and got it today. I seasoned it then cooked some Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage. Just unbelievable at how well it worked. Once it cooled down I took a paper towel and just wiped the grease remnants straight into the trash and gave it a quick wash.
Just ordered the two and three quart sauce pans tonight!
Shipping and packing were great. Yes, the price point is higher than most others on the market. You won’t be sorry once you get it and try it out. Remember to follow the directions and season it first.
You spend the money for quality products all the time. Hexclad is DEFINETLY a quality product and this will be an excellent addition to your kitchen!

Delighted with this frying pan even though the price took a bit of convincing. The hexclad surface really does give the best of both worlds if non-stick and stainless steel cooking. It’s energy efficient as well with great heat retention and transfer on a low gas setting.

Got this Hexclad pan to replace my older non-stick frying pan that had the classic teflon coating which was chipped. Here is what I noticed.
– Much better heat transfer from the heating element than my previous pan. I had to turn the heat down from what i previously used.
– Much faster browning of the meat than before.
– non-stick performance was fantastic. No issues what so ever.
– Clean-up was a breeze. It claims to be dishwasher safe, but I just used mild dish soap and warm water and it easily cleaned-up.
– Glass lid makes a very tight seal.
– Based on the above, I feel its good value for the money.
Based on the performance of this pan, I’m considering purchasing other Hexclad pans such as their Wok. I’d highly recommend.

Unbelievably great skillet. It sears food really well. Nonstick is great. The design of the skillet allows for easy flipping of the food just like the pros do! I use my metal fish spatula all the time and it doesn’t scratch. I don’t even rinse out the skillet before I put it in the dishwasher and it comes out spotless.

Although shallow this is the best non stick surface, easy clean and great quality!
