Arrived super fast! I needed a quick way to monitor my blood pressure for my next cardiologist appointment, so I ordered this and it arrived at my door in less than 20 hours.
Batteries were included. After reading a couple small pages of the instruction booklet that is included, a quick start reading was able to be done.
A handy plastic case is also included.
I will take time later to set up the other settings. A must have if you need to keep track of your blood pressure!

This monitor works very well, the instructions were very clear, and it appears to be qute accurate. I was a little concerned because it attaches at the wrist, but it is almost exact to the normal cuff.

David from the Customer Care Team sent us a replacement device despite the fact that this was a little over the 30 days return window. The new device works just fine! We’re happy now that our blood pressure is back to normal 😉
Bought the KBP-2910W in July b/c it had great reviews. Used it at home according to the instructions, systolic BP was consistently in the 170-180 range. Got scared and went to the doctor’s office, where the nurse used 2 separate BP monitors and proved to us that our BP is normal, this device was simply defective!
Wrote to the merchant a week ago, asking them to replace the device. Still waiting for them to respond.

The wrist cuff is easy to use and accurate. It is valuable in detecting and irregularities of the heart rate. I couldn’t recommend this enough!

I don’t trust these to begin with but given I have preclampsia while pregnant I have to take my blood pressure everyday. It’s almost impossible to get a manual blood pressure on myself so I had to get a machine.
Turns out I can take my BP several times in a row with extremely different readings. It almost feels like the machine is just making numbers up and displaying them on the screen 😂 what a joke! This is HORRIBLE for those who really need correct readings due to serious medical conditions. PLEASE look for a different brand. You get what you pay for! I also compared Manual blood pressure that is the most accurate way to the machines readings and these too were extremely different. Can not be trusted. I hope no one gets hurt or critically ill for trusting this machine. Maybe mines a dud but you can’t have duds when it comes to something so important.
