We gave this to a 7 year old boy as a birthday gift. He loved the simplicity of the instructions and the amazing design and vibrant color of the dragon. The quality is exactly what you would come to expect out of the awesome Lego brand! All parts were available so he was so entertained that he created it all in one setting! This would be an awesome gift for any age child over 5, girl or boy!

Not only is it a dragon but two other projects as well. Colorful and fun to use. The instructions make it clear as to how to assemble the animals. Just make sure you sort all the parts out. I have to say Legos has never short changed the parts needed for any of the kits I have purchased so far. It helps us feel creative with out the stress or frustration of other kits.

I love building with Legos with my five year old because he has a lot of fun.
This kit is fun because you can build, tear it apart, and rebuild into something else. This is a great size project for a five year old. It is fun to see him take the lead and follow the steps then see the look of accomplishment for having made something that looks great with his hands. No pieces were missing.

My kids love the lego three in ones! I love that they keep them busy for hours on end as they take them apart and reassemble as something else. This set was perfect for my 7 and 8 year old and the directions were easy enough for them to do on their own… but big enough to keep them occupied for a nice chunk of time.

I love dragons and this reasonable priced easy to build dragon is prefect for my desk. Good size, not tiny but not huge either.
It also can be two other animals but I forget which ones as I strictly wanted the dragon.
