I bought this equipment at the end of June/2022 for my mother. I mailed it to her and she started using it at the beginning of July. By the beginning of August, the device was no longer working. I advised her to check the batteries and put new ones in, but it still didn’t work.
The device is in perfect condition on the outside, but given how much it costs, it is not worth that in a little more than two months it would stop working, and when the 30 days for the return had already expired. Don’t waste your money and buy from other brands there are many other options. Don’t risk your money.

It ended up working after I played around with it but it was reading extremely high. I usually have a low bp – 90/70 range. This put me over 120/90. It was extremely high but after I played with it, it finally began to read the same ranges as our current one. But if your numbers seem off when you first get this, they probably are.

I purchased this monitor to help my grandmother monitor her blood pressure. I tried it out on myself and it worked perfectly and was very gentle since it measures while it is inflating, rather than inflating to a very high pressure before starting to measure. Unfortunately, when I traded the cuff that it came with out for the pediatric-size cuff that my grandmother needs, it kept giving errors and simply wouldn’t work.
