Though these patches are a bit too expensive, they do help lower my pain level. They stick well to my skin & do not cause any irritation. They are large enough to cover a good amount, & there is a bit of stretch to them, so I can pull the patch to expand the area I need to cover.

These work so well for back and hip pain. It takes it a minute to sink in but the patches are comfortable and you forget you have them on. I was a little nervous about the adhesive as I have sensitive skin but I didn’t have any problems.

I’ve had chronic back pain for years that spreads out into my ribs and down into my right hip whenever I have to travel, sit, or stand in place for long periods of time. I put one of these lidocaine patches on my sore spots about 45 minutes to an hour before travel starts and it makes my pain so much more bearable compared to just using ibuprofen. I’m even able to move better the following day instead of spending the majority of my time trying to stretch out everything that locked up the day before. I won’t fly or go on long car rides without these anymore. You can also stretch them a little bit when applying to get them to cover areas a bit better. I try to push and rub the edges down to make sure they adhere to my skin. Sometimes they will get caught on my clothes and roll up on themselves, but if you press it back down they still stick pretty well. I would 100% recommend to anyone with back pain that makes travel difficult or if you have back pain in general.
