Nachdem sich mein DVD-Laufwerk aus meinem etwas älteren Aldi-Rechner verabschiedet hatte, habe ich mir dieses Samsung-Laufwerk zugelegt. Dabei habe ich dann festgestellt, dass es (mindestens) zwei verschiedene SATA-Anschlüsse gibt. Nachdem ich dann voller Erstaunen feststellte, dass mein Rechner schon die alten SATA-Anschlüsse hatte, brauchte ich “nur” noch das richtige Kabel für die Verbindung. Aber dieses Problem tritt bei allen Bauteilen immer wieder auf und kann dem Laufwerk natürlich nicht angelastet werden, zumal es bei der Beschreibung deutlich erkennbar war.
Das Laufwerk selbst läuft seitdem tadellos, schnell, fehlerfrei und relativ geräuscharm. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Me costó un poco instalarlo y con el XP no gravaba por el tipo de conexiones que tiene (Más modernas).
Tuve que instalar un Nero con una versión actualizada para que me permitiese gravar.

Comme le commentaire précédent, le lecteur n’a pas le “samsung” écrit au milieu sur la face, mais on peut bien voir en l’achetant que c’est marqué sur l’étiquette qui se situe sous le graveur, donc c’est bien seulement un problème esthétique… Et à mon avis, le lecteur est bien mieux sans.
Sinon il est important de préciser que si dans la partie “détails techniques” il est indiqué une interface en PATA/IDE, il s’agit en fait bel et bien d’une interface en SATA, comme indiqué dans le titre de l’article…
Au-delà de ça, il s’agit d’un bon graveur DVD, et vu l’uniformité actuel des graveurs DVDs, à partir du moment où on prend de la marque, l’argument principal reste le prix… Il ne fait pas le lightscribe, mais la plupart des imprimantes actuel permettent d’imprimer véritablement une jaquette sur vos CD/DVD (sous réserve de compatibilité du support, comme pour le lightscribe), ce qui est de toute façon plus évolué que le lightscribe monochrome.

quick and quiet unit, does the job well. No complaints. You will need the cables, screws etc. Well priced, shame there is no m disc support though!
