USB battery is a neat idea. But one of two broke after a few rides – you can hear something shaking around inside. You get 4-5hrs of runtime on solid illumination, just enough for a bike party. BUT BARELY.
Will be sticking to AA devices – these seem to run 8-15hrs, I’ve never ran out of juice at BIKE PARTY!!!
Update after 6 months: bad product. Not waterproof. Didn’t last. Button on the module doesn’t work. Sometimes I can get them to turn on, but they turnoff after enough riding. Turned them on at home, lights were on when I woke up… don’t buy.

Batteries haven’t needed changing since December, when we got them. Very reasonably priced. Need to get one more set for the third tires we forgot we had 🙂 Bright and cheery for all year round.

Bought this for my fiancee’s bday since he is a wheelchair user and needed some ‘saftey’ lights so he can be visible at night. Since this is originally for bicycle wheels I had to figure out a way to install it in his manual wheelchair which wasn’t too hard. Love that it is USB rechargeable and the lights are very bright. Unfortunately, the white zip ties they provided were pointless because they broke way too easily so I had to buy some at dollar tree which is why I only gave them 4 stars. Other than that it is a great product. The company should look into using stronger zipties and providing a how to manual for wheelchair users. Will update review after trying it out for a few days.

Great product, exactly what I wanted. They were quick to install and the colors are nice and bright. Love the rechargeable battery.
Only negative is I wish it would remember what color I had the lights on when I turned them off. You have to cycle through the colors each time. Minor inconvenience of an otherwise great product.

These are brighter than I expected honestly. I wouldn’t recommend using them if you or anyone near you may be photosensitive. I honestly will probably never have the flash on because of how intense it is in person. But they seem to work well, I haven’t been out in the rain yet but they seem very waterproof and the colors are fun. I read other reviews before buying, so I just used my own zip ties to avoid problems. If you’re careful to not bend the wire where the tubing starts then I don’t think you’ll have any problems with that. Some people mentioned the wire being weak there, so just try not to set that part at an angle and it should be fine. I adapted these to fit my ebike, which just consisted of attaching the rear battery pack to the spokes instead of the hub. It’s not as designed but it’s still secure. They fit my tires well and I’m pleased with everything about it so far. I feel safer riding at night and I hink it looks really cool too

I purchased this for my 11 year old to ride around the neighborhood. I loved them so much, I purchased several more for the rest of the family. These things turn heads!!! Easy to install. Easy to recharge. Long lasting battery life. So fun for family bike rides, parades, camping, campus life and night rides.

I’ve had these lights on 2 bikes for about 4 months. They are good brightness/color. I would not use them as my only light source but they’re a great addition. It took me an hour to put the first set on but once I got the hang of it, it only took 20min or so. I love that they are rechargeable.
Downside, they are weak at the point where the wire meets the housing for the battery. One of mine broke at that spot. Customer service sent me a new one when I contacted them about it. I enjoy the lights and I appreciate customer support so 5stars from me.
