I bought these for my wife – she had been carrying/gripping 1lb barbells when she walked – to give her more options while walking and exercising. She really likes them and uses them every day. They are quick to attach – they have a wide elastic strap with big patches of velcro and they stay put on her wrists and don’t slide down even when she swings her arms. The covering on the actual weights are a soft-feel silicone. Also note that individual weights can be easily removed in the full 1lb is too heavy. The straps a stretch enough that these can also be worn outside the sleeves on your coat if you want. If you are looking at (much) pricier similar wrist weights for walking or other exercises or classes, consider these first.

At first, I thought 1lb weights were going to be too light to use in addition to my walks. However, these are a great product to wear on my walks. The velcro is very sticky and durable. I’ve been wearing them for several of my walks now and each time have felt the impact on my arms afterwards. They are easy to clean and wipe off.

These weights are perfect for walking. The only issue I have is the weights can dig into the Achilles area. But other than that, when they are properly adjusted, they work well.

My mom started exercising last year in the pool, she’s been super pumped and soon started to feel she needed to be challenged a bit more. So I got her this and she is IN LOVE. All the other women in the pool asked her where she got them, nobody knew these existed!!!
Anyways she loves that she’s able to start with low weight and the add more in the future. They are easy to change (at least for my mom, I never figured out how she added the weights back on the strap. It’s the only design issue I found but it’s because of the stiffness of the part where the strap starts vs the very thin hole on the weights so they are not bulky), fully waterproof and they not only look high quality… they actually ARE excellent quality.

it’s really nice equipment to have home in the weighted ring. Doesn’t look like ugly weights so you can keep it in your room without people asking why do you have weights in your room but besides the point it’s super great for like Pilates and stuff. I love the ankle weights because I’ll take them with me to the gym and wear them, the ankle weights can stretch a lot so I can pretty much fit almost any size ankle. gives a nice little extra weight when you’re doing abs and stuff.
