Great way to know the tides, moon, and other data. Can back time heats. Can set alarm to be on time for your heats! As long as you set the longitude, lunitudinal interval, and delay correctly, this watch will be accurate.
It’s light as a feather, and has100 meter capability. Also has a light to see the time at night. Great watch for the money!

Es un reloj-accesorio deportivo con funciones típicas de un reloj digital como cronógrafo, temporizador, 5 alarmas, calendario, selector de 12/24 horas; y con algunas funciones adicionales que SI son un plus como: fases lunares, indicador de marea alta/baja, segunda zona horaria, orientador-buscador del norte terráqueo en horario diurno, luz de LED de uso manual o automático, ésto último con cierta inclinación de la muñeca y promete la duración de 10 años la batería.
Para usar el orientador se requiere de leer y re-leer el manual para practicar a la luz del día hasta dominar la función de orientador, el ajuste para el indicador de las mareas con el manual me fue insuficiente; sin embargo con la ayuda en YOUTUBE de EL RELOJEROMX, para idioma en español se me facilitó por completo.
Me agradó que SI tiene una caja (carrura) de acero inoxidable con algunos insertos plásticos, el acabado de los laterales es tipo espejo y el frente es satinado lo cual le da mayor presencia, por ello considero que me habría gustado más la versión con extensible, sin embargo la correa de resina es de calidad y se siente muy cómodo en la muñeca.
La relación calidad-precio sí que es difícil de igualar por otras marcas.
Nota: en la foto, la luz LED se ve mejor por la saturación de la cámara, en realidad es una cuarta parte de lo que ahí vemos, lo que ilumina la esfera del reloj.
Es un reloj para usarse a diario ya sea en una reunion casual, evento informal, en el trabajo, hasta en un día de campo.
Es un reloj divertido ¡Disfrútenlo!

This is a nice watch for the price. It has more features than I wanted, which makes it fun to play around with. Complete with moon phase indicator, high/low tide, chronograph, timer, dual time settings, multiple alarms, basic compass, etc. I have only two minor problems with this item. First off, the timer feature only counts down by 1 minute increments. One of the deciding factors for me to purchase this watch was the timer, and not having the ability to count down from, say 30 seconds, was a big disappointment to me. My second problem is the back light. It is not a full face back light, but rather a little bulb on the side. It provides uneven lighting, and doesn’t last long enough when you press it. You cannot hold it down to leave on the light either. However, it does have a nice feature in that you can enable the light to automatically trigger when you tilt your wrist up. This is useful, but may occasionally go off when not intended, and if left on all the time might reduce battery life. Overall, I am very happy with this watch. Don’t let my nitpicking deter you from buying this quality Casio watch.

This watch is very good for the price. It is actually pretty rugged and feels high quality like a nice old school japan casio. I like the tide function it works perfect and is very accurate as well. The light is very nice as it is a nice orange color and very bright. The long lasting 10 year battery is what makes this watch very good as well.

I just bought this watch again after 20 some years. The band finally broke and I searched for a replacement. But for $20 I found a whole new one. One of the only watches with a countdown/count up timer that I use for racing. Original battery still working on the old one after 20 years!

This is the second Casio W753-1AV watch I have owned. After six years of use and abuse, one of the strap retaining holes broke (my fault), but the watch still keeps great time sitting on my desk. I was so impressed with the battery life, ease of use, and durability despite its hard life, that I decided to get another. The watch is also stylish, with a metal surround that has a satin finish on top to prevent glare and a polished finish along the edges to give it a great look. The factory strap on my original watch lasted maybe two years, and I went through a couple more replacement straps. I don’t know of any non-leather factory watch band that will last 10 years, so I’m not knocking the product, just informing of expectations. Finally, I like that the display includes a large time readout, as well as indications for the day and month (not all do this anymore).

Excelente reloj…este es el segundo y efectivamente muy contento tenerlo nuevamente,es un bonito reloj con múltiples funciones,todo terreno y a la vez elegante.La órientacion ( Acimut solar) funciona perfecto una muy buena referencia para saber donde está el Norte.La luz automática es muy práctica ( dos grandes aplicaciones que no las tiene cualquier reloj,menos por ese precio) aún con todas las funciones de este reloj,la caratula se ve limpia y muy legible.resumiendo no hay en el mercado un reloj que le ofrezca tanto por tan bajo precio.

Un completísimo reloj Casio con las funcionalidades habituales y unos añadidos más que lo hacen muy particular, curioso y útil. Las funciones básicas habituales de fecha, hora, alarma, despertador, temporizador múltiple de cuenta atrás con señales, cronómetro, hora dual. Añadimos además las complicaciones de fase lunar y mareas y la posición solar para servir como punto de partida para determinar el norte y nos encontramos con un reloj que a un precio genial ofrece muchísimo.
Estéticamente es muy bonito, con una caja no muy grande y que no resulta sobrecargada pudiendo leer la información con facilidad. Caja mixta de resina y acero inoxidable que le da un aspecto muy bello y algo más de resistencia. Su cristal abovedado le proporciona un aspecto muy bonito a la caja. Iluminación excelente y programable para su encendido automático con los cambios de posición de la muñeca (levantar para mirar).
Programando bien los datos de la hora local, la diferencia horaria en la zona, la longitud de tu ciudad y el intervalo lunitial (si no viene tu ciudad en el manual se puede realizar fácilmente en cualquier página de mareas) queda una gozada de reloj y él mismo con esos datos calculará la posición solar que con el marcador de grados de la esfera y las indicaciones en la caja te permitirán encontrar el norte.
5 Alarmas, una con despertador, cuenta regresiva con repetición y doble tiempo así como avisos programables de sonido.
Correa muy agradable y suave, reloj muy ligero, buena iluminación y muy buena resistencia al agua.
Un reloj sorprendente que merece mucho la pena.
