This is a great book! I really like how the beginning of the book explains what self-esteem (and a few other areas) are. I also think all of the topics talked about in this book are very relevant when talking about self-esteem and social anxiety. It seems as though this book is geared toward an older audience (ages 16 & up). I would recommend it!

This year has been an emotional rollar-coaster for my family, Honestly the last few years have.. and as a result we have heavily incorporated CBT therapy workbooks into the curriculum for my children this year. I recently felt the need to explore a book geared more towards adults to address my own mental wellness.
