This pan was purchased for a road trip, and it performed well throughout the two weeks, during which I used it frequently on both a gas stove and in the oven. However, once I returned home and tried using it on my induction stove, I noticed that the pan had warped significantly—it could even spin on the stovetop!

Love this saute pan! I’ve already used it a lot since I received it 2 weeks ago. True nonstick. I used it just earlier and my chicken browned so well. Heat distribution is good, even all around.
I find it’s a good substitute for a wok. Huge surface area to stir fry meats and veggies. I cooked fried rice in it too. Really happy with this saute pan.
On hindsight, I would’ve gotten the pan with double handles because with a “helper handle”, it takes so much space in my dishwasher. I tried to look for delarlo’s email address so I can ask if they can sell me one handle to replace my helper handle, no luck. Hope they see this review!

I do love my new deep 12″ frying pan by Delarlo. I love that it has handles on both sides. As you know a pan that size can be heavy when trying to drain any cooking grease, so the extra handle helps carry it off the stove. I need clearer instructions, though, on how to make this pan non-stick I was very disappointed with the information included in the packaging of my new pan. The wording sounded like the one who wrote the instructions, (on how to make my new pan non-stick), had a limited knowledge of the English wording. This pan is advertised as a non-stick pan, but it seems to be a very complicated process to make it non-stick. Also, nowhere on the information sheet, is there what oven temperature should be used. But on Amazon, the description states that this pan is oven-safe. I want to know, Is it oven safe, and to what degree is this pan oven safe? That is why I only gave this four stars, The missing information needed is very important.

I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone. Having the handle at each end makes such a large heavy pan easier to handle, wash, work with, etc… There is no problem going into the stove because one long handle does not stick out in the way. I’m a little leery of non stick coatings so I will have to wait and see on that. Right now, it’s my go to pan for most things.

This is a frying pan…. A great big, heavy duty, room to cook for a family frying pan. And an excellent
one at that! Bought this as well as it’s non-stick sister version and am pleased with them both. Larger
and heavier than expected with significant depth, it’s a very versatile pan. Makes a great chicken fryer
as it can hold a whole 5 pound fryer split into pieces – also large and deep enough to do a pot roast
with veggies, or a pan lasagna….
Point is, it’s big enough to cook for a family, it’s versatile, well made, heavy duty and well priced. If you’re giving this serious consideration I can wholeheartedly say go for it! This kitchen workhorse is perfect for folks who cook in large quantities and want pans that will hold up for decades.

Hope to use these thru the rest of my time. They are heavy but that’s OK with me. Seems very durable and versatile. Cleaning is so easy. Just left them heat up before using and cool before cleaning. Performs beautifully. Long handles. Beautifully crafted.

My quest for a good pan is long, I’ve tried just about every “Everyday Pan” there is except the Gordon Ramsey ones(because eleventythousand dollars) and hub recently got me this one, a knock off of the G.R. pans. This is THE BEST PAN! I’ve fried bacon, potato cakes, made Dirty rice, Enchiladas(and broiled) cooked burger sliders, tortillas and I’ve seared/cooked skin on chicken breasts. Med/Medium high heat. NOTHING sticks! It heats up quickly, cooks evenly and It cleans up perfectly as long as you let it cool first. I’ve not had to scrub it once. I do dry it immediately after washing and oil it lightly. It’s also dishwasher safe. I just ordered the smaller one and I will get one piece at a time until I have the set.
