Been using for a year as much as I love these strings I don’t like the feel of the stainless steel on my fingers but with that comes other things when these get dull there still playable for a while. I tend to change my strings once a month these days they work on that but by week three there dead. For 23 dollars after tax your getting your moneys worth. After changing my strings for a while I have had one bad string out of the whole time I’ve used these could be my fault because I was moving before I put these on and they went from one season to the next. Dr should keep an eye out on these more to make sure they are good every time. I love these strings for e standard and drop d it does wonders with the 34 inch scale length I love the tension and the fight you need to give for each note played. All in all I would say I’ve played a lot of strings and these strings are great and my go to bright and heavy makes the band sound fuller

Been using DR strings for a decade and never let me down. Brightness that cuts through and I’ve never broken one (where I used to break Boomers all the time). Loyal to the brand.

I’ve always used Nickel in the past, they die and loose tone so fast. NOW those strings are bright, aggressive tone and last longer. Highly recommended!

Was an Elixr advocate for years but they stopped selling my gauge of string so switched to these based on recommendations from Basstalk forums. Love them.
